Many Korean MMO's are like this and I love this approach. Rather than give everything high-poly, They focused more on well-made textures and art direction. I always get lost to the scenery in Pangya, every stage is so beautiful and wonderful to see. I especially love Wiz City the most, coupled with their relaxing Ost I can just stop and appreciate everything. And now I miss it so much
reminds me of Sonic Adventure's color palette. Equally old game but still holds up when viewed from afar graphically. This era of game design itself had a visually pleasing aesthetic 😀
It is very sad that this game is gone for good now. I had lots of fun with it as a teenager. After like 17 years I still come back to listen to this game's soundtrack, it really left an impact on me. All that is left now are memories. Good memories. Good bye, PangYa.

The only official server still left is Thailand and they are several builds behind based on their website. Either way the game is definitely dead, but still gets support from its fans. It was a wonderful game and those graphics and music are timeless. It's a testament to how beautiful it was when former players like us are visiting this video for nostalgic reasons. The official developer was/is working on Pangya M, but no idea when or if that is coming out. They did release a Pangya Mobile which has basically died also.
I used to love Blue Moon the most, because of how dark and relaxing the view was and music also helped. Really cute game. I miss it so much. Had the best time in 2010 and 2011 in it. Met lots of good people.
The music in this game was a real masterpiece and is timeless. It's honestly surprising how such a low budget and old game had such great design and aesthetics, especially in the later courses from Deep Inferno onwards. I expect to continue listening to this even years/decades down the road. It has been roughly 10 years since I last played this game and was sad to hear it got officially shut down in pretty much all regions.
Surprisingly, this game defined my childhood and of some other people here in Brazil. It was never a HUGE game, but the best people ever used to play this game. This music, this ambience and remembering these moments bring me tears of nostalgia. I'm not the most pessimistic person ever, but the world we live now is just... chaos. We all know it. Times were better and simplier. I haven't yet lost my dad these times for the cancer that is CANCER, btw, he was the responsible person to introducing me in cyber cafe's when I was 7-10yo, and I used to play Pangya every day for hours with my friends. God, thanks for these times, and may everyone who reads this have a good day, week, year and life, and, in the moment we are globally, HEALTH! Love you all pangya community

중학교때 였지. RPG게임 뿐이던 그 시절에 갑작스레 등장한 팡야는 나에게 충분히 매력적이었지. 계산기 쓰는 고수들 사이에서 감샷으로 스피드 런너상인가 받으면 그렇게 좋았는데 시간이 가고 이런 저런 바쁜 시절을 지내고나니 이제는 사라졌네. 추억은 추억일 때 가장 아름답기에 이렇게 배경음악이라도 들을 수 있다는 것에 감사하고 덕분에 골프를 칠 때 마다 생각이 나네. 우리나라도 일본처럼 같은 게임이 계승되거나 했어야되는데 아쉽다. 또 음악 들으러 올게요.
I remembered playing this nonstop, met lots of good friends(and temporary boyfriend lol Let's be real, we all have). Best community ever. Most relax game ever. Compared to this new gen games, it's toxic and serious xD I guess most of us are now grown up and move on with their life.
I was playing this game in 2007-2009. I was only 12 years old, everytime my mom was going to work at 7am, i was running on the computer to play, this was golden age guys, awesome... And you know what ? After a break of 12 years, i've recently joined a private server and, oh my god, memories... Best decision of this summer actually lol !
damn we are from the same generation then, i remember playing it and most of the GOA game ( the game publisher in europe) between 2006-2010 i think. the last time i played it was on the PSP version but my psp battery is dead so i can't recover the iso now :(

이때가 제일 그리운것 같음.
솔직히 지금은 저때보다 더 발전해서 즐겁고 재밋는게 많지만 저때만큼 여유롭고 사소로운것 하나에 행복을 느끼지 못함.
정말로 저때가 한겨울이어도 포근한 느낌에 몽글몽글한 기분이 들었었음.

The music in this game was a real masterpiece and is timeless. There still are a few private servers around and the files to make your own server if you want. It's not gone forever.

damn we are from the same generation then, i remember playing it and most of the GOA game ( the game publisher in europe) between 2006-2010 i think. the last time i played it was on the PSP version but my psp battery is dead so i can't recover the iso now :(
