this is really useful i will share it with my friends, thank you so much. little thing to tell you i was not able to see the table clearly the numbers were too small.
Hi Dylan - so it would be the same way you do so for a one tailed test, you just treat each of the tails as their own separate one. Step 1 ) find probability for lower tail using table or calculator Step 2 ) find probability for upper tail using table or calculator Step 3) add them together I'm assuming by more than one critical value you meant the upper and lower tails in a two tailed test. Lmk if that makes sense, if not I can give you a more detailed example.
Hey Ashley - what it means to say is we assume the die is a fair dice (but we suspect that it may be unfair and want to test for it). Usually when hypothesis testing, this is the assumption we will make !
Thanks so much for this. You have saved my life Sir honestly. I finally understand hypothesis testing.
literal lifesaver, thank you so much for this! will be recommending your channel to all my friends

GOOD VIDEO AND VERY HELPFUL TO UNDERSTAND STATISTICS
this really helped me and it was so much better than my teacher's attempt to teach this to my class, thank you

thanks, bro. I wish you will help us with the first year as mechanics. I love your teaching slowly and clearly.
can you do more of these please
in a two tailed test how would you find the actual significance level if there is more than one critical value?

@@SachchitP ok I understand now thank you
How can you think the die is fair and unfair at the same time?
