Living in the present has had such a beautiful impact on my life. I feel as though a certain weight has been lifted from my shoulders after years and years of carrying around invisible burdens. When you stop constantly worrying about all of the things that may or may not happen in the future, or dwell on past mistakes or regrets, instead of living in this moment here and now - it feels so freeing. Time passes by more slowly, the air smells sweeter, the sounds around you more beautiful, the colors more vivid, the air and wind on your skin grounding. The world seems so magical, like it seemed when you were a child. It took a long time for me to get to this point where being present and mindful became a daily part of my life, and I still get caught up in all of the worries of life, but I get better at noticing when my mind drifts to unpleasant places. It's changed my life for the better and feels as though I have received the most beautiful gift of life. ❤
Very true Ellary, when I focus on the present a calmness fills my heart worries from the past and future melt away. I've had a sad day so I'm in need of some positively.

I thought exactly the same! But honestly try to live/survive in the European countries where you are forced to keep in mind so many things! Invoices to be paid, parking your car where allowed, taxes, insurances, no green, no parks, a very polluted air, people who are more and more aggressiv, bad news in the newspaper..... I understand what this lovely man says and I agree. It's reasonable 100% but the reality of our lives is, unfortunately, something else.
Wow, I was just reading about personal development and how you often go through personality disintegration - the mental pain, existential angst- but that brings you to the level this man is at- acceptance and integration of it all - in here and now - the ultimate highest level of personal development
I have recently become awake after 30 years, returning to my empathic self. I shut doors because of hereditary medical issues, I was angry at god, my parents and myself. I recently let go of all of that and started reopening the doors. Meditation has released all the trauma and burden. I have felt and seen quite a bit in this self realization. It is so freeing and a work in progress. But connecting to the greater consciousness and trying to live consciously every day is what life should be. I just hope it keeps spreading as I see it slowly doing and as a species we can all evolve, that is a beautiful thing

I’ve had a traumatic life & I realised it was all due to other people. I use to have so many friends but now that I’m much older the less I hear & see the more tranquil I feel. I reached a point that I got so sick that now I choose to live a life with just a few friends & on my own. I don’t feel lonely I have a life full of solitude peaceful & tranquil. My children & grandchild is all I need. This man is so calm & appreciates the nature & the silence around him. I admire him & his words thank you ❤

I’ve had a traumatic life & I realised it was all due to other people. I use to have so many friends but now that I’m much older the less I hear & see the more tranquil I feel. I reached a point that I got so sick that now I choose to live a life with just a few friends & on my own. I don’t feel lonely I have a life full of solitude peaceful & tranquil. My children & grandchild is all I need. This man is so calm & appreciates the nature & the silence around him. I admire him & his words thank you ❤

Sometimes it's just these wise words and perspectives we need to broaden our minds and just live. When times get too hard and I can't cope, I come here to watch these. Idk how it helps me, but it definitely does. I've got too many thoughts and questions about life that I can't help myself. What I need is just simple as this, but not every one can provide it. Yet you guys do a wonderful job in finding the right people. Though I try appreciate the life I'm given, I get stuck now and then. These words help me move forward at least for a day in peace, thankyou.
