I’ve fallen madly for Bare Minerals all over again. I live in Northern California and we average daily around 38 Celsius and regular foundation just can’t hold up to that. I forgot just how much I love warmth, golden gate blush and their original radiance. Honestly, my face hasn’t looked this good in a while. QVC just had their mega size foundation for Christmas and I stocked up!
I have too many blushes but i Golden Gate might be my no1! Placed above warmth is perfection.

For me, there is something to love about Spring, Summer and Autumn. Winter, I'm not a fan! Stepping out into the outside morning Autumn air is heavenly. Also the smell of damp decaying leaves in the Autumn is gorgeous. Does that make me weird?! I love the start of the Autumn when TK Max have all their Autumn candles in. I always go crazy. Anything apple and cinnamon, I'm such a sucker. Blankets to snuggle under and cosy scented candles give all the good feels! xxx

I used to hate eating lunch on my own at work and could never bring myself to go and sit in a cafe by myself.
More recently though I feel like my confidence has improved and I’m not too fussed about the opinions of others when I’m not causing any harm to anyone. Hope you get to enjoy more cafe time too x

I love autumn but sometimes it’s too soon for all the seasonal things to come out. The same week summer began, we were receiving fall makeup and skincare at my store and back to school supplies were set at our Target! What the heck?!

This is a perfect look for an easy, not much happening day, Shaz. The la roche-posay sunscreens are technically excellent.....BUT the amount of product for the money makes it a very expensive sunscreen. Especially when you need a ¹¼ teaspoon just for the face, (and its recommended to reapply every 2 hours 😮....). It does look lovely with the BM powder though and to be honest you look fabulous with either full coverage or a sheer coverage Shaz 👌👌.
Isn't it funny how our childhood memories seem to come back to us more frequently the older we get, just priceless ❤.
I think we live in a world where face to face communication and polite greetings are frowned upon. Everyone is so wrapped up in their phones that if you do just sit, have a coffee, contemplate life and not stare at our phones, its considered weird. Eventually no one will speak, we will just text or email, and heaven forbid if you make eye contact with anyone 😮.

That is exactly why I never purchased it before because it's tiny!! I doubt it would last a week on holiday! I'm feeling very nostalgic these days, those fuzzy feelings of pure comfort and joy. I know it's really quite sad when human interaction is imperative for our mental well being. Oh my gosh. People think I’m crazy. Fall and winter are my favorite seasons. I LOVE them. It’s definitely a feeling and the trees in the fall are beautiful but also snow covered trees are so beautiful. When it snows I love it to stay grey. I hate it when the sun comes out after a snow storm. Lol. I also think rain is so cozy to be huddled up inside. So you aren’t the only weird one lol you have company

I feel the same way about the solo coffee shop thing. I try to look busy reading on my phone. I used to go out to dinner by myself. I always felt awkward.
I am always amazed at the people who sit alone so effortlessly! I want to ask them how do they do it! It's nice to know it's not just me who feels awkward sometimes 😊💗

Yes, it seems now when you are alone somewhere, you must look at your phone or you are weird. And if you don't want strangers approaching, you have to pretend to look at it for security. It's crazy. I'm like you, I feel I need to at least give people a nod out of politeness, but I want to be left alone. You are inspiring me to go sit and have a coffee alone with no phone and see if I can endure it. Ha!

Where I live the fall weather doesn’t come til Mid October. We just all pretend it’s fall by putting our fall wreaths out after Labor Day/FDF 😅The kids here are starting school in early august. It’s a push go feeling for me. Awkward dance between fall and late summer. But I love the fall essential oils (don’t use candles anymore) and front door wreaths. Btw I have been wearing my Bareminerals too. I don’t even bother with mascara during the week. I feel like their original primer doesn’t work for me like the old one use to. The formula has definitely changed or I’m tripping. But they came back out with all new primers. I love the original but I have to mix it with the matte during the summer.
I feel like October is when fall is in full swing! I really want to get a front door wreath this year! I think bm are changing a lot of things. I used to love their illuminating primer, that's long gone now xx
@@BlondeTeaParty Fall wreaths are good to have if you don’t like alot of fall decor in the house. Bareminerals kept some things and losing others. I want them to bring back “True” face color. But it’s a good thing they kept loose concealers, bronzers, blushes, and veil. I can’t use cream products but Bareminerals always looks like a cream after it’s settled down. People always ask me what I wear and some are so shocked. It works for some and others not. It all boils down to your skin type in my opinion.
