Chewin' fat is what they did in the Wild West to clean their mouths from all the dust floating in the air from horses. Cowboys would cut a thick wad of fat from cattle to chew while they rounded up horses and cattle. It's good stuff. Very chewy with a buttery taste. I prefer it over gum easily hands down.
