Mr. Kripal, do you know that it's actually quite easy to find traditional Vietnamese veg food in Vietnam? The word "chay" means vegetarian and many veg restaurants have "chay" as a part of their name. You can expect to find lots of tofu-based dishes at such places. I hope Mrs. Shree got the chance to try some of them.
