@@mountainman6172 if you look closely the rear lights which are on the boot/ trunk are not in line properly with the rest of the rear lights

Yes it would!!! you can get a new shape E class for around 40 grand, old shapes go for around 25 grand. Respray is 10grand add all the other parts and Labour you have spent the same money.
Doing this wouldn't be cheap, I'd say around 10k. It would never increase 10k in value. You'll lose a lot of money on it when selling. Rather, just buy the new shape if you really want it.
