Anything with a constant soothing drone is best for sleep support in my experience. I have found one track so far with 2 hz and would be delighted to find something similar in the signature of "source vibrations". While this particular track is good for relaxation, I have found that such tracks with a lot of inconsistancy, no matter how delicate the melody, still do not relax enough for sleep. Would you consider? Something akin to a soothing heartbeat that doesn't involve much else that changes inconsistently which is what in my experience, keeps my more nervous nervous system on alert, as though the constancy indicates safety and inconsistency indicates the need to be on guard. I can share the exact musical composition's name but I do not want to violate any kind of idea of promotional effect, even though that is not my intent, to promote anyone's product... I just found something that is highly effective for me with illness induced by trauma and the need to cool down the nervous system employing as many methodologies as possible. I appreciate all you bring thank you.
