I like seeing how expressive all the characters are. We need this level of expression through face in more future Sonic games through sprite animation.

I love the complexity of this mod over the whole base game entirely. Basically everything is all original and creative will all the different sprites that makes this game feel like something completely different! It was great to go back to all the full hour game plays since that's what I love the most about the channel. We're already in the weekend Jay, awesome uploads as always 🔥

Maybe it’s some kinda work in progress, but I kinda think they should keep studiopolis since it’s already a memorable part of sonic now. At least the music is memorable, if not the level itself.
Good mod and really well made, my only wish is that maybe shadow and silver weren't just reskins of mighty and ray. Shadow could've got a chaos control power that teleports him a bit infront of him which could be used to evade attacks, silver could've got a telekinesis power that stunned enemies in a range, but made him tired for a second. These would be their double jump power obviously which would be kinda hard to implement which is why I understand that they're just reskins
While i'm not a fan of just inherently replacing the Hard-Boiled Heavies, even for villains with more tenure, and ESPECIALLY if they're just "close enough" reskins with no attempt at adding more iconic attacks to them, reimagining Gamma as a custom Egg-Robo in that same vein is a really fun idea.

The only change I liked was the tails swim animation. That added for umf to his swimming. The Shadow and Silver add just seemed like pretty skins and their run animations were somewhat okay. The zone that replaced Oil Ocean zone was disappointing at best. Overall it’s an okay mod nothing to write home about.
I spent forever looking for where this song came from only to find out it was Ghost Town from Sonic Forces, which is maybe the last game I expected a song this good to come from lol
The speed up shoes most likely had copyrighted music because no other sound played in salon center act 1 and the giant ring sound would have overlapped the speed shoes

Half of the stuff you see here wasn't even made by the collection creator. Sea Tide Hill inclusion is pretty nice, but the tiles feel very bland. Also the act 2 music just doesn't fit. Actually most of the music chosen isn't good at all. Why did they change coral cave music? The remixes the original mod had were amazing. They changed a lot of unneccesary things, such as the zone names. WHAT'S THE POINT OF CALLING STUDIOPOLIS SALON CENTER WHEN THERE'S NOTHING DIFFERENT! Including Shadow and Silver was really also just unnecessary and useless. They are in here just because they're fan favourites and nothing else. THEY SHOULDN'T EVER BE IN A CLASSIC GAME! I don't like the fact that the guy forgot to change the script for other two hedgehogs, so the would too have separate Super sprites, like Sonic does. That and their "pre-flight" running animations are lame. I mean, "Sonic Megamix" (which was made by the people that founded Headcannon) had amazing flight and pre-flight sprites for Super Shadow, and "S Factor: Sonia and Silver" had wacky, but fitting animations for "ground flight" of Super Silver.

When I first saw that, my first reaction was that each zone had two separate finish points- each one led to a different zone/act2. Suppose that'd only really work for zones that are in the same area (ie: South Island wouldn't have branching paths into Floating Island). Disappointing that it's just a naming blooper
Sounds pretty odd, not sure if it's an error or glitch in the mod but this is an updated version. It was mentioned that most of the errors were fixed on the mod page, so my only guess would be re-install the mod and see if anything changes.
I've accepted not a single person who develops these mods will ever bother to figure out how to program proper new enemies and bosses. Just reskin after reskin.

This was excellent. I loved Tidal Tempest but I also liked how the US soundtrack was used for Coral Cave Act 2. It fit perfectly with the scene, which reminds me a little of Yoshi’s Island for some reason too.

Way to ruin the final boss music in not just Titan Monarch Act 2, but Doomsday Zone. Holy shit there's so much random laziness and weird choices in this mod, I can't stand it. As if replacing the god-tier remix of Metal Sonic's theme for the regular wasn't enough.
