The Indie Hero carts have steady grown impressively, to that degree I think. That they are one of the Evercade’s jewels in the crown! 👍. Though. It’s funny that there are ALOT of Platformers & puzzle games on this one?! 🤔. Perhaps that’s the Forulma which Blaze have deicided to go with? 🤔. I still think the games on the first one, have that extra quality to them! Some of the Platformers on this one seem a bit generic?! 🤔. Certainly though I’m sure this is going to be a winning cart! 👍
I only have the original handheld, so i didn't bother looking at the games of the month as they were coming out... But damn. The very first game sold me with the music alone

@@CrazyBurger yeah … but just on for modern retrogame would Be nice to separate from « old » gars from the 80ties or 90ties. Right now we have 3 Colors collections … I think evercade could go as far as 5 without being too confusing
Donut Dodo obviously is a great game, I own it on the Switch and really loved it there. Of the other games, I think the puzzle games look the most fun. Time Knights looked like it had pretty bad controls and hit detection, so not sure about that one. But I think there are already enough games that look like they'd be great to play for few rounds now and then.
Yes well noticed. Time Knights is a very basic title made via nesmaker. It's ok for a quick blast but not the quality titles I'd prefer to see on here.
Not related to this video, but has anyone here ever had an issue with being unable to start fresh with a new game in Deadeus? I even deleted my save games, selected "new game" and I still start in the bedroom and go downstairs to find the mother murdered 😕 Aside from that, I appreciate your coverage Crazy Burger 👍
It will be surely better than the second, for my taste. The 2nd Indie Heroes left me a bit....meh. EDIT: "Nebs n' Debs" and "Project Blue" MUST be on the collection or at least I surely hope it for Blaze, since their main characters are available in "Homebrew Wars" in the first Collection. The absence of these two games in particular was the thing the pissed me off the most about the 2nd Indie Heroes.
Yo Crazy Burger. I recently got my Full Void and Home Computer Heroes Carts shipped to me here in the USA 🇺🇸 from Funstock UK 🇬🇧 and neither of them work in my Evercade devices : VS,EXP or OG Evercade handheld......please help ...this has never happened where I have faulty carts that won't boot up. I have the full Evercade Collection since 2020 and don't want it messed up now ....please help
@CrazyBurger Funny you ask ...I just updated my EXP last night 🌙 but my og handheld definitely isn't and I'm not sure about the vs but I will check....all my other cartridges before Full Void and Home Computer Heroes work though 🤷🏾♂️
@@CrazyBurger ya! I'm really digging the Evercade! It makes me dream and hope for certain collections. The concept is do great! It makes us discover and play games we would have not and get surprised by how fun can be many of these retro games. Perfect for casual gaming without too much investment compare to modern gaming.
@@TheCommentNinja81 exactly! I also enjoy modern gaming but in recent years its got a bit stale.. plus AAA games costing crazy amounts. Retro gaming at least on Evercade is on a much more affordable level.
Had some great games but didn’t like Magic & Legend, Doodleworld was disappointing, also didn’t like Bone Marrow or Orebody but this month’s game Chew Chew Mimic is fantastic
Certainly Magic & Legend, Orebody are the weaker games on here.. but since we've got a few bangers I'll let them off. This cart would be worth it for Donut DoDo alone anyway..
Looks like a nice collection. My highest wish right now would be to get the genesis version of Dune 2 on a collection or even as a single as well as Doom and Doom 2.
I always wanted a standalone Doom and Doom 2 handheld, like Nintendo's Mario and Zelda Game&Watch things, but an Evercade collection like the Duke Nukem ones would be even better. Doom, Doom 2, and Doom 64 would be awesome. Maybe even the PlayStation 1 version of Doom (which had a 64-style ambient soundtrack and Doom 2 enemies added in Doom 1 stages) to round out the lineup.

Wow not heard of that one.. lol the game is pretty dark.. sounds like your version is even darker. Contact Blaze direct. Could be a corrupt cart.

@chfgn oh yeah Doom on PS1 was awesome. Final Doom also.. would love both.

it started off all so we for IH3 but the last few games have been pretty bang average imo?.
They certainly set the bar very high to start. I'm still playing Chew Chew Mimic though not quite as good as Flea or Tapeworm.
