Nice vlog sirji...Dronagiri is altogether a different market after Ulwe. Please don't compare with pushpak nagar having zero public connectivity. Rates are high as it already near to well developed town Uran with multiple public connectivity . Yes.. u can compare dronagiri with newly developing sectors in ulwe.
Do not underestimate Pushpak nagar. This is going to be the best CIDCO node with surrounded by mountains with good pricing available. Connectivity is already good with JNPT highway and Atal setu. Khandeshwar railway station is not far away. Public Bus Transport will start once people start moving in the completed projects. And proposed metro is also planned through Pushpak nagar connecting to Airport.

Yes... i never underestimate CIDCO developed nodes as I am an NRI who keenly observe CIDCO development since its inception. I am not against pushpak nagar it has its own potential, but end users should not be misled by giving fake information about railway station & metro line.

The only area in Navi Mumbai that has hills, an airport, and a 5-star hotel is Pushpak Nagar. What else do you want? This area is not for people who are looking for a nearby railway station.

Well both locations have their own usage, if you can hold or wait for couple of years then go for Pushpak Nagar since this is near to the city center. Dronagiri is good for immediate end usage. If i had to put my money then i would go for Pushpak Nagar

No bro dronagiri will be one of the most beautiful and well developed locality of navi mumbai after 6-7 years , ulwe was same as dronagiri 6-7 years before , but today ulwe is almost developed locality, yes it will take time for dronagiri to develop, less train frequency is major issue in dronagiri as of now
Hmm as far as I know the DP was introduced in 2013 for NAINA. It's a different market and user specific. Generalizing won't help. But anyways it's a personal choice. Every location has its benefits and buyers need to go for property and location that suits their budget, needs and lifestyle.

Water issues in dronagiri, big builders big projects like akshar and prajapati are facing water crisis, prajapati dont have water since 15days

What is the future of sector 56 and 59?is it wise to invest in small residential projects for 1bhk?
I don't foresee any challenges or concerns about any sector so far in Dronagiri considering that most of the developments are around railway station.
