hey lourdes can i ask for a solution to my problem..
whenever i try to think on an important task, i get struck on some images lets say an image of a person (face of a person) in my mind and am not able to think with clarity, and then all my thinking effort goes into vain and then i start getting irritated and cannot complete my task with efficiency..i feel like am struck with this problem please help..

Hello Lourdes thanks for your reiki healing. My question is my 13 year old son who has adhd has been refusing to take his meds for adhd because it makes him feel wired along with other side effects. This has affected his school work immensely. He is often daydreaming and can’t focus or complete a task and is always loosing or forgetting his work at school or home. What would you suggest I do to help him?
