I just completed a master's degree in SCM from a good university in the US. I'm trying to determine what to do with it now. I'm already making a six-fugure salary in a different field, but I want to move into the SC field. Your guest is not entirely correct when he stated that SCM is all about numbers. That may be the case in his area as a Demand Planner, but SCM also involves logistics, procurement, warehousing, etc., where numbers are just a small part, but it's more about managing, strategic planning, etc. I hope that he didn't scare anyone that's afraid of numbers from the SCM field.

I must say this is so far the best SCM video I have seen. The information was very crisp, clear, and elaborate. You covered most of the questions that I had. I had some questions though please feel free to answer when you get time 1. How about someone who is from a computer science / full-stack software development background planning to pursue a 2-year ISCM program? can it help him/her move into product management/project management roles within the IT industry? if not then what roles can he/she move into post completing the ISCM program? 2. Can you please also differentiate the scope of jobs in the SCM industry in Toronto vs Vancouver? 3. How does it differentiate someone who has done MBA in some specialization let's say Strategy and operations management VS someone who has done a 2-year post-grad diploma in ISCM? I would be glad if Arjun and you can share your thoughts on this
