Throughout my life I have dealt with horrible insomnia and night terrors and a few years ago my sleep was getting so bad that I was staying up multiple days at a time and starting to have hallucinations and stuff like that I started to get desperate looked up different sleep remedies and all that and I came upon ASMR one day and ASMR has helped my life so much and I just wanted to let you know how genuinely grateful I am for doing what you do and helping others who may be like me.
I've been trying to fall asleep for three hours now but just couldn't, so I decided to use my awake time to write a love letter to the love of my life (not in a cringe way I swear lol-) now I'm ready to try to get some sleep in, and this is freshly uploaded and I'm very excited to finally get that rest.
