These past few years or so in particular have had me absolutely marvelling at Nintendo's production pipelines and just how well they have their shit together in contrast to everyone else. Competent management looks like magic in this industry, which just underlines how bad it's been lately in general. Metroid Prime 4 is their one oopsie on par with what everyone else has been dealing with and they managed it so well they made its return a grandstand instead of having us all doubt what we were shown was real.

To be clear, all the "new" playable characters in Shovel Knight DX are taken from the smash-clone included in the current "main" version of SK, "Shovel Knight Showdown". They are apparently updating them to some extent to fit with the main game, but still.
It's not often that I'm "vaguely baffled" by a game announcement, so I guess Yacht Club has that going for them, at least.

Choices matter in SMT4. Different demons, different allies, different dungeons, different endings based on your choices.
And people complained endlessly because the line between your choices and outcomes was a little blurry. As though we know what the outcomes of our choices will be in real life.
No, people complained because the neutral route gets notably more content than the others, yet was strangely difficult to get naturally. The other routes had no content to make up for it.
@@LordlyWeeb It's less that law/chaos get no content and more that neutral has you do most of the side quests, then gets to do almost everything law/chaos gets to do.

Yeah I checked out the Sunset Devils kickstarter and the game seems super cool. They currently have like 38K and they need 51K and with only a week I’m not sure they’ll make it. If you’re interested though and have some spare money give it a look.

$320 buys a pretty pitiful GPU in the modern market. GPU's are kind of the single major problem with the PC space right now.

Microsoft is doing poorly with the xbox, but their show was the clear winner for me still, cause they had more games that I find appealing compared to Nintendo.
I hope for your sake that any of them besides DOOM: The Dark Ages actually release and are good. You genuinely deserve to be happy even if Xbox often disagrees.
