❤ Thank you for taking the time and providing your knowledge and insights to my daughter. I know she is truly grateful and will take this info and run with it. Greatly appreciated Have a blessed day
13:54 It was A LOT of work and this was the EXACT reason why I had to put in more work 😅. Those brush strokes made my paint contaminated to the point where the layers of paint were thickening each time I went back to paint. I definitely was getting frustrated because of it, but this just makes so much sense👏🏽
@@breaunamarquis-griffith3298 aahh I can see how that would happen! Hopefully with more admixtures and gentle pressure in with the right shade in the right area will help you get softer gradients without contamination or thickening paint 🙂
This tutorial was extremly helpful, especially for me who is a digital artist! with -sadly- no traditional art foundation aside from drawing! I often struggle with my values feeling flat or not hat dynamic and I guess your video is the solution to my issue! Though I just found it by accident, I'm really glad I did :)
That's awesome! Glad to hear that. I'd be happy to take a look at your work and share some constructive critique with you. You can send me your artwork for a critique here - right now it's free: bit.ly/get-art-critique
This is really helpful. Thank you
