There are no people who can help in cases like Michael's. My life is similar to Michael's in regards to being exposed to extreme, life-threatening violence, sexuality and false ideas about God as a very young child. Gladly I realized that I had to cut off my parents. It took me many years by myself working on the thoughts and beliefs that cause the feelings of being trapped and being anxious and afraid. I really feel for Michael, I have insomnia, and I can tell you it's hell. Thought I was gonna die at one point. Can't sleep, the body can't repair and starts breaking down, mental health goes to sh@t, you're not capable of making rational decisions yet people still snapping at his heals.
