There are many confusions about how to write name when filling up Evisa application for Vietnam. I have addressed an issue here in this video, along with some other tricks to get cheap flights from India to Vietnam now a days.

Great Information on name, even there is more confusion to put name to buy air tickets, from etihad airways, as you have to to FNU

@@AerySpace First Name Unknown, if you are travellingith etihad and your passpot have only 1 name like surname is empty, than you have to put FNU in Name and your full name in surname, while booking ticket

Hello, I have flight from Hyderabad on 15th Sept at 23:55 PM. My arrival at De Nang Airport is on 16th Sept. In my eVisa, I have mentioned entry date/visa start date as 16th Sept. WIll that be a problem while boarding in India/immigration in India on 15th?

Intended temporary residential address in Viet Nam Visa, I have entered the address of Hotel, but forgot to mention the Hotel name, does it impact in Boarding pass or Immigration or anywhere while traveling?

Hi our flight is on Dec 20th from India to Hanoi via Vietjet airlines.
We have a transit at Ho Chi Minh.
Now we just want to know where would be the immigration will it be on Ho Chi Minh during transit or it will be on Hanoi.
P.S: We have given the entry port as Hanoi Airport in our Visa.
First city to land in country is the immigration point... so it will be hochiminh..

Then what will my enetry port and exit port in e visa form?
Bro please help, My middle name is "Harishchandra" and in evisa it came as "Harischandra". h letter in between is missing, will it be problem in Vietnam immigration?

did you check your ICAO line of your passport, anything mentioned there? normally people sometimes use same first name as last name during applications, or some even mention LNU ( last name unknown ) or just put . ( dot )...but its hard to confirm anything...
Also try to contact vietnam visa officials by email through their website...

i suggest to wait for -3 days more and then send email to their support using their website contact form...

Flight booking ticket needs?

. I am travelling from Delhi to Vietnam on 5th April 2024 but my visa date will start from 6th April 2024. Its my first international trip so i didn't know how visa works. I booked my flight on 5th April at 4 pm and i will land in Vietnam at 1:40 am in the morning. Will there be any problem boarding the flight? Or i will have to reschedule my flight. Kindly help.
Basically, there should not be any problem, as you are landing in Vietnam exactly when VISA starts...
But problem may come at boarding the plane from Delhi by airline or even Indian immigration...you can contact airline and see what they say...or even contact Indian immigration...
If change fees is not too much, then for peace of mind, change dates...

Yes you should get pre-approved visa letter through a travel/visa agency in order to get the visa stamp upon arrival by paying a visa fee of 25 Dollars at the airport.

My EVisa has arrived today but I noticed that by mistake I made an error in Date of Birth. What to do now? Shall I re-apply the visa again and pay full amount or I can ignore this?

@@TheTravellingFeathers no I have not reapplied yet. I want to know 2 things:
1. Shall I reapply in this situation? As the birth year and month both are correct but only birth date I by mistake entered 27th instead of 25th. Rest of the things are correct.
2. If I re-apply the visa? Will I have to pay 25$ again? And is there any problems or challenges when we reapply the visa?
Because in that case they might already have my details in their database
i suggest contact their support first...
