I feel I am running into mp problems way too often, do you just rely on wailing wind to recover mp or do you use crystals or addons to help. It can't be spirit perfume right? because I was trying to track your buff symbols to try and figure it out at least in the aakmon section of the video.

@@cherishhaze ideally If you have access to spirit perfume you'd use those, since they pair nicely with frenzy draughts to also help you get +5 crit. However add-ons are an okay stop gap ( saving add-ons for more useful stats is preferable)
Hi , I have a question, Does Ranger Awakening Skill all Pure Melee Attack type? or some of them were Range Attack type? I finding Some of her Skill Buff up Range attack and Debuff enemy Range Defense, does it mean some of her Awakening skill was Range type, of I must change into bow to enjoy the Range Type Buff ?
They're all ranged mate, so even though awakening skills feel melee in distance, they're ranged AP attacks. So you only need to focus on ranged oriented buffs and artifacts
I will be studying this as I’m just learning awakening. I do have a bad habit of getting out of awakened form when i don’t mean to any skills your recommend locking?
Lock evasion for sure, else wise you might want to just lock kicks that aren't your F kick. Dagger of protection, pinpoint. But these skills wont be causing you to swap into bow, only C swapping, Evasive Explosive Shot, Blasting Gust, piercing wind will pull you out of awakenking typically
P.s just grinded brighadi den and i felt like a beyblade just spinning thru mobs. I felt like it was tons faster than succ and it was just my first two hours. Thanks a bunch!
@@Juantonz Nice, waltz is execellent to allow you to postion behind packs of enemies, any normal class would benefit hugely from back attacks, sadly we can't but we can get a few so it's worthwhile. If you like to grind the Elvia spots with Human mobs like you mentioned or castle ruins or bloody monastery you can try a full RBF build for crystals, which covers PvP (purly a dmg oriented set) but also PvE in those spots as they are human mobs so RBF crystals apply

Your friends are straight up wrong or last played the game 2 years ago. DR is bis for damage and tankiness for most classes aside from exceptions like mystic/striker

Hey! I started playing BDO last year at the beginning of august. I've been active for 2 months, then slacked off 2 weeks after, and just logged in for a while. Done the winter season stuff as well with the help of my friend, who has been playing the game for a while, but he doesn't have a vast knowledge of the game, but a really solid base. I don't want to get into much detail, because it'd take a long read, so my question is: Why would you recommend Ranger over anything else? I played a bunch of classes, not all of them but about half of them, to try out which ones feels good, which does not, and I always have that one detail about a class that really demolishes their whole case of convincing me. Ex.: Sorc, succession felt really good, but to me it just felt so weird that you have to be in melee range most of the time, given that you're playing a sorceress | Lahn, has that run - stop - run tendency, if you get my meaning, with nice flow, and damage and mobility, but some skills really break up the action. Sorry for the ramble, but I'm just really trying to find what feels good to play.
Ultimately that's all subjective, if you skip to end of this video you might get the feel for awakening ranger and see if that is something you're interested in

Well the video explains what to take and when for the most part. Builds change depending on activity, level, sp. Ranger discord will probably have stock images though
Do you really use those addons at 7:30? Why don’t you use aspd on breezy blade and crit damage on wailing wind and just keep extra damage on waltz and add a back attack to it? Maybe do down attack on nature’s tremble or regen?

Absolute evasive shot, blasting gust, will of the wind, extreme charging wind, penetrating wind, charging wind, razor wind, evasive explosive shot, are the core skills that you can level multiple times, there's other things though you will want some flows and stuff
Being able to counter react to certain situations / stay protected after stuff like ees>windstep and still be able to react in place and capitalize on any given engage. Create minor visual dsync *that can easily be countered if the player that youre fighting knows about it which then would make you to be forced to only use mm at certain situations* etc
Awaken ranger 1v1s is basically chess, youre constantly playing to counter what the player youre fighting is doing. Imo new mechanics / knowledge is always something that players should seek to use as they see fit in respective niche moments that they can be used in. I believe giving mouse movement a try will not only make you more interested into learning it but more than surely will help into winning certain matchups
i'm a pretty shit ranger so i might be wrong on this, but i've noticed is that Nature's tremble actually seems to flow from wind blade, so in combos where you're using the two together it's might be slightly faster to use wind blade first - would be cool if someone could confirm this :)
What's Ranger current power i wanna play this class very much after 265 kutum is it gonna be more effective ? And how much sp i need i hot 1590 already..
I mean you wanna style on people in ba it has that potential but it's definitely a passion class. We will see what the reboot brings. But sp you will need 1800-2100

Well winter season coincides with reboot. A lot of this will be accurate but things will also change. I do plan to update these vids after the update but it's a lot of work so takes time to do so

side note - i am a very gameplay focused person. idk every change happening to ranger but if the gameplay stays overall the same ill still have a blast whether the numbers end up being there or not etc.

Addons don't stack but some are important to keep refreshed and have uptime on as much as possible. However addons are where you have the most flexibility depending on what you're doing. I change mine all the time
There is a more updated video than this but awakening is a harder spec than most classes to be successful with, and end game rangers build DP hybrid to navigate the difficult challenges at end game pvp
@@Anfieldw definitely gear intensive but succession is fun and survivable , just wished she had a cooler weapon pose like awakening. she looks like quasimoto running around with a bow. I mean look at archer so cool with a bow. I really wish they gave us an option to hide the main weapon like the mods gave us.

If you're only concern is pve and you're having issues and you can't run a spirit perfume then I'd just run mana on hit add-ons to waltz of wind.

Nah evasion is super dead I built it ages ago when the game was very different and it's expensive to swap

La Orzeca, you have to grind two parts. Chest from Turo or Oluns, Helmet from thornwood or Ash forest. Although both drop at Crypt

AFAIK ninja pve (I think awakening?) Was giga buffed recently. Ranger is okay at pve but metas change, bug class changes coming for October or so.

These are base example addons. My own addons change all the time. Clearly you have your own idea of what works for you personally and that's great.

Using wind blade will trigger NT faster but it means that wind blade will be slower, so a trade off, whichever skill precedes will be slower

Addons don't stack but some are important to keep refreshed and have uptime on as much as possible. However addons are where you have the most flexibility depending on what you're doing. I change mine all the time

There is a more updated video than this but awakening is a harder spec than most classes to be successful with, and end game rangers build DP hybrid to navigate the difficult challenges at end game pvp
@@Anfieldw definitely gear intensive but succession is fun and survivable , just wished she had a cooler weapon pose like awakening. she looks like quasimoto running around with a bow. I mean look at archer so cool with a bow. I really wish they gave us an option to hide the main weapon like the mods gave us.
