I hand prune hedges this long and when a customer wants it sheared I do it by eye without any contraptions. I don't recommend shearing them but most people can't afford the right way.
The plastic in between that easy lift Thannas does tend to snap needs to be reinforced to stop it from snapping other than that it’s not a bad thing but yeah just a few vital things need to be in fixed up
It's the Henchmen Easy lift. Great bit of kit for tasks like this. I have one and use it when I can for reducing working strain on my shoulders. Strap on my long reach, chainsaw and even leaf blower to take the strain off long days.
I've used one of these before they're only good for on the ground. But I did it on a 16 foot ladder it there I thought to myself what if I had to fall off and how much pain would be in as I couldn't bail properly.
People can laugh all they want I actually use a hedgetrimmer like that all day I don't mind the burn and hard work cause I'm a beast like that, but for the average person that device is genius, I wouldn't mind that on the day after shoulder day, geez!
I cut my 240 yards, round-the house, double semi dried, double line cypress nightmare, a helluva of a ordeal, fk I have an awesome view on Umbrian hills now !!! no more hedges will be planted--boys will be boys ahahahaha
