This guy could be Johnny Miller’s intellectual twin. They explain the golf in the same exact fashion! Love it!

Those demonstrated exercises not only gave YOU a good work out, but should be helpful to us who are viewers. Nice Going Mike!

Always good to see a new video with Mike Dero. Would love to see some drills for the transition. I am working on the hip bump to try to get the downswing started. When it happens naturally, the results are good. When I find myself using "hip bump" as a swing thought, I seem to rush the down swing or the move seems to exagerated. I think I need a drill to ingrain that move into my swing. Any suggestions?

David, I like to set a chair or wall behind my backside and then feel the transition by feeling my right butt cheek touch the wall or chair back on the backswing and then my left buttocks finds the wall after a subtle weight shift to your left side and your lower body rotation begins. If you pop up out of posture your hips will move away from the wall. Lastly. while you make this lower body weight shift ALLOW your arms to fall in the slot with no grip pressure increase.
      Good luck.

Your demonstrations of faulty swings are so accurate and really funny as you see these every on the course.
