make sure touch screen is enabled in the bios setting. you can also try updating the firmware for the device. You can google “surface pro 5 firmware”.

Mine is used, it lasts about 4-5 hrs with normal use.

Thanks for the video, but for future videos try not to make the smacking noise with your mouth. The sound is peaky and extremely uncomfortable to hear every 5 seconds.
