I would make the downstairs bathroom a power room and place a full size washer and dryer where the shower is.

I have two questions
1. Does 5 x 8 metre size includes the outside porch areas on both the sides as well or just the inside of the house?
2. Is the space sufficient for all the normal size furniture items you have shown inside as the video shows animated one?

I really like it ,but I heat the cash register goinging up fast. I do find it strange that there is a shower and basindown a tire, but if you need a toilet, you have to go upstairs.Beautiful anyways.
