Get rid of wine storage and give me a dryer

Looks nice, but there is a major flaw. Outdoor laundry rooms are a big no-no. First, exposure to the elements isn't good for the electronics. Second, nobody wants to feed the bugs and other critters while doing the laundry. Third, a number of critters have a bad habit of getting into the electronics of appliances, games, computers, etc., and messing up the wiring. Among the culprits are a variety of rodents and several different kinds of insects, including some types of ants. ALWAYS HAVE THE LAUNDRY ROOM INDOORS!

I just don't get why you put the laundry outside 🤔. This doesn't work for those of us that live in colder climate. This is 21 century an you're still having us doing pioneer laundry.

I usually don't like the bedrooms in the loft on these little houses. This is the prettiest 1 I've seen I love it.... The window in the way that furniture is makes it look like a real bedroom. I could definitely do this 1.

I don't get the big window in first bedroom opening into the bathroom overlooking the tub.

The porch is too big. I'd make one of the adjoining bathrooms larger and add a walk-in closet, to make a massive master suite. I'd take out the bedroom across from the laundry room/bathroom and turn it into the laundry room, and make the current laundry room into a pantry. I'd also swap the stove and sink, and make the table an eat at island.

what are the dimensions of the porch areas? They aren't included in the cottage 6x7 footprint but add alot of useable space which is added on to the final building cost; the cottage wouldn't be the same without that livable area. Impressive and lovely !

All good except that the washer and dryer are out to get ruin from the elements . As big as that house I can't see where you couldn't have incorporated them inside . Tell me who would want there appliances outside like that . I guess you need to get back to the drawing board

As the scene changed to the back side was disappointed to fine the laundry area outside while snow was gathering around. For a design that's over thousand square feet the least you could do is put it inside the house. I just don't get way designer do this.

Because of the view from all those large windows, I'd make this an "upside down" house, with the bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor and the living/dining/kitchen on the top floor.

I don't like the roof line. You left the two parts open. If you're in a place where there's snow how in the world are you going to take that off of the roof.

I don't get why the wood stove is outside? This is not energy efficient. May be great for the dog. What about the people inside. A total waste of wood.
