Since you have baseboards everywhere like I do, buy the Baseboard Buddy. Listen. That thing changed my life when it comes to cleaning the baseboards. It’s even good if you have the ones along the ceiling too. I got it for like $20 on Amazon. So worth it! It’s a game changer. I would always hand clean mine once a month. Sometimes twice a month. Depending on the season. The Baseboard Buddy has made that so much easier!
I’m loving this reno! I’m pretty sure that “clear adhesive” on the tile by the mirror is just clear caulk which means it should be really easy to scrape out and re caulk with a white version to match the wall!
