maybe that's where some of the legends regarding dragons comes from. a mis-identification of a local animal, paired with hysteria; seeing a serpentine creature(probably due to the water & low visibility) with a head of a horse & horns/antlers that then submerges underwater never to be seen again or seen a good distance away from where they were originally seen. I remember mooses can hold their breath for quite a while.
Imagine sitting at the beach and then you decide to go in for a swim and a huge moose pops up out of the water in front of you. That’s just frightening.
That moose #1 looks gargantuan! Thanks for this video! I got here because I am watching a DVD called "Sunrise Earth" episode called "Moose in the Morning" filmed in the North Woods of Maine. Stunningly beautiful sunrises (thank you, God!). Shows moose going underwater to eat-I didn't even know they did that!
A species adapted to this in the west coast speculatively into sea to become a type of marine water buffalo grazing on kelp fields would be curious and how it avoids predation by orcas and hyper carnivorous elephant seals or pontolis, swimming along marine wolfs hunting fish more like pakicetus
Great, now I have to worry about sharks in salt water and Moose in fresh water, there is no escape from these apex predators. lol
Charles Montague lmao
@Kiike 21 Someone needs to add the Jaws music to the moose video. smile

Gotta hope for a killer whale, since they've been known to eat moose!
Josh Ublansky they also eat sharks. So take an orca with you whenever you enter a large body of eater
Moose isn't a predator these animals are herbivores which depend mainly on plant as a food. you have to worry about crocodiles in freshwater.
Imagine kayaking on a lake and suddenly you bumped into a huge ass bull moose breaching out of the water
This happens in the boundary waters up in Minnesota sometimes. I’ve seen a video of it before, never have experienced it first hand though.
Interesting how the wavelets give you the sense of scale and show just how big of an animal that is.
as a diver from a country with many mooses i gotta say this, im concerned
🤣
Just don't get on his way, it's their habitat
imagine if footage of the loch ness monster pops up and upon closer investigation
they see _antlers_
When I told my grandpa, that Moses eat stuff from the underwater, he didn't believe me. I'll show him this
So did u showed that dumbo? What was their reaction?

How in the world did you get a camera exactly on that spot
Seriously
A little submarine?
That's the same question I had.
Nonetheless, if I see animal come out of the water like that without any indication, if I am in aboat, I would have a cardiac arrest.
I checked this out as I've seen a post wherein orcas eat moose. I didn't believe until I saw this ahahaha...
What even are Mooses... I mean, Moosen... I mean Mice... I mean... screw it.
Fun fact: Orcas (killer whales) sometimes eat moose when they dive like this.
Thank you for letting me know it was moose 2.
Seeing stuff like this, I suddenly understand how whales used to be land dwelling mammals.
"when they disappear"... Geez, I'd like to think there's hope

That looks like some kinda glitch in the matrix type shit... Like a bug u see in videogames. 😂...
Moose is mood
amazing how it holds its breath for 7s and lasts underwater for X2doubble of that; for a beast like that not bad🤔
it has a full air tank of 60 seconds
Whose that Pokemon
"IT'S PIKACHU!"
After creating fictional alien dragon and dog species, I'm going to make an undead humanoid were moose species.
Well this just unlocked a new fear.
