All my brothers and our buddies at the gym went to see this guy. We took up 2 rows. Had the best time I've ever had in my life. Afterwards we took him out to eat and we had second show. The coolest and most humble guy ever.

@@johnevans1969 As far as I know, he did. At 76, he's no spring chicken. But in his latest shows online he appears to have lost more weight, have less breathing issues and be more mobile.

James Gregory performed at the Club that I worked at when I was 16, I am 49 now. The man has been doing this a long time, definitely a legend of stand up comedy. He was really nice to meet.

Im 55 and have been through 2 bad marriages and now getting old enough to start having health issues. So, I am finding it really difficult to smile laugh, very much. This evening i was bouncing around on here and found this guy!!! He's ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

This is the only person that I would pay to see live. He is funny beyond reality and the main fact is that he is very clean in his jokes. We need more like him. VERY RARE.

You didn’t notice all the times he was bleeped? I didn’t think that Dry Bar even allowed them to use those words in their place. Usually it isn’t necessary for them to edit the routines.

It’s really hard having a conflict of emotions. I laugh hysterically at his humor, but I feel tremendous sadness because he’s gone now. Thank goodness for videos. We can watch him repeatedly and laugh repeatedly too. Thanks, James. RIP to the funniest man in America.

First time seeing this video. I've never heard of Mr. Gregory, but he's the funniest comedian I've ever seen. No dirty language, and he had me falling out of my chair. Where's this guy been? I've never heard of him until I saw this video, and I'm 71 years old!

Me and my sister won tickets to see him at a local convention center in NE Mississippi 25 years ago and it was one of the funniest performances I've ever seen to this day! I got pictures and a signature from him framed in my office and it's unfortunate how many people have never heard his comedy before.
My late husband and I saw him and Eddie Izzard many years ago in GA. It was hilarious. What's funny is my brother and I as teenagers watched Eddie Izzards special and I got to see him later in person. One memory I'll always cherish. Life comes full circle ❤❤

Timing, facial expressions, accent, it goes on. Anybody that feels they have a calling to do comedy should study this man. He can make walking across a street hilarious.
His face during those pauses for effect was priceless.
He is the funniest person on earth. I used to listen to 'John Boy & Billy' on the way to work and by the time I got there, I was worn out and needed to redo my makeup. People in other cars would be looking at me all crazy. Laughter does something to your soul and will make you live longer. Thank you James for making this crazy world more tolerable! Love you to pieces!

When I was a teenager and just starting work on my drive to work I would listen to a local station in Dallas. It had a comedy show in it called The Tooth Fairy. I’d be crying on the drive. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

James Gregory has perfect timing and his homespun humor is always dead on as far as day to day events in our lives. I admire him that he just keeps going, even after some really tough health battles. The guy is just hilarious and shows that you can be hilarious, without being filthy. I like that.

My father went to high school with James in Georgia. I have been watching his comedy since 1989. Fond memories watching his tapes with my dad. Dad passed away recently and i will miss hearing him laugh at James' jokes. Love you dad.

Drybar is becoming a staple. The clean comedy takes a different kind of skill. Very refreshing. Had a good laugh. I like how he lets people hang on every punch line and makes it linger.

He cusses all the time. Drybar is supposed to be zero curse words,because Mormons inhabit the entire state of Utah. Mormons do no curse.
Mormons do not use cuss words.
I was at the show in Talladega when he fell, and can confirm that it happened exactly the way he said it did. The audience did help him up, but there for about 15 seconds no one really knew what was going on. It was a great show, and I hope to get a chance to see him live again.
I've seen him live twice...the reason being I laughed so hard the first time, I missed a lot so I had to go back😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I stumbled across this on a boring evening surfing UA-cam, and it lead me down a rabbit hole watching James Gregory's videos for the next several hours, until I had to force myself to cut it off and go to bed. Gregory is beyond hilarious. It's been a long time since I laughed this hard. I shared one of his clips ("Everybody Has This One Relative") with my wife who is out of town, and she laughed until she cried.
Priceless. Truly priceless. I was having one of the worst days of my life crying and really upset and just really down and thankfully this popped up on my UA-cam and I've never laughed so much and felt so much better. I really thank James for his creativity and originality and helping me end this day happy instead of sad. Bless you buddy!

I just watched this on UA-camTV. Just happened upon it! I haven't laughed out loud at ANY comedian in a long time as MUCH as I did this evening ... James Gregory is HILARIOUS!! I LOVE HIS STYLE OF COMEDY ESPECIALLY BECAUSE HE'S A SENIOR!!
I know Mr Gregory would not be offended when I say he is a giant among comedians. Plays his characters with the best comedic timing I have ever been lucky enough to enjoy, 'God Bless him.'
I found James about a year or so again during Covid lockdown. Binged all of his content that I could find, he quickly became one of my favorites. So happy to finally find a full-length special to watch!

When I was young I laughed a lot but time has removed my funny bone. It’s hard to make me laugh. This guys the best. Even if his jokes are not totally hilarious his delivery takes them to another level. His expressions kept me laughing. A real treasure

I've heard these same jokes many times. Yet I still laugh just as much everytime I hear them. My favorite is the one where the guy on the plane wants to know his weight. James says, 'just fill it up', it gets me everytime. I guess it's just the way he delivers his routine. 😜😜😜

I've been listening to James Gregory doing comedy for years. He is billed as The Funniest Man in America, and I truly believe that. He takes normal, ordinary, simple life events and looks at them in ways most people have never thought of before, and the result is hilarious. If you live in any coastal community, you have to hear his routine on hurricanes. It will put you down on the floor with laughter; that's a promise.
He is one of the funniest guys I've ever seen in a long time. Every joke was funny. I also loved his accent. He had great delivery and facial expressions. He took the simplest things and made them funny. Thank you Mr. Gregory.
