Do you think you can make videos on checking if a system is Causal/Non Causal, or if a system is Bounded Input/Bounded Output stable? I really think those would make great topics to cover! :) Thank you!
Oh I don't understand Hindi :( I have a question for you... If we're given a function like: Y'''(t) + (t^2)*(Y'(t)) + 9Y(t) = X'(t) - 8X(t) And to check to see if it is linear, would this make it nonlinear because it is multiplied by t^2, and also make it not time invariant?
Andre Arson it is time variant because of t^2 it is linear because if you follow my steps the video in hindi . you I'll get it. watch video and note down steps for linear and nonlinear system you I'll get it

Can you please solve the examples in detail like the first example, it would help a lot to understand this topic much better. "hope you read my comment" Thank you.
so what i understood that systems are classified into: 1)linear-time-invariant, 2)linear-time-variant, 3)non-linear-time-invariant & 4)non-linear-time-variant is that right? could any one answer me!!!
but u(t) can be a state . usually we use notation x for state and u for input. but anyways , if i have y(t) = C*x(t) + D*u(t) where y is output, x is state , u is input .and applied your method it will give me a time variant while it is time invariant.

sure :)
Very helpful, thank you. Helped me get back on track for working on Space invariant systems
You are the best choice of me to think of signals and systems
Please make more videos! I love that you give so much examples and make things simple!
Andre Arson
you can comment the topic that you find is difficult , so that if I know I can try to make video on it :)

I made the video on them but it is in Hindi .

I have a question for you...
If we're given a function like:
Y'''(t) + (t^2)*(Y'(t)) + 9Y(t) = X'(t) - 8X(t)
And to check to see if it is linear, would this make it nonlinear because it is multiplied by t^2, and also make it not time invariant?
Andre Arson
it is time variant because of t^2
it is linear because if you follow my steps the video in hindi . you I'll get it.
watch video and note down steps for linear and nonlinear system you I'll get it
Thank you...you explained so simply ❤️

You are incorrect for number 3 of your first set of examples. y(n-1) DOES CHANGE. So it is Time Invarient
Great work sir
So much thanks sir

Nice video. However, you may check the answer of 3rd example, i.e., y(n)=2x(n)-y(n-1).
Yes it's time invarient...He did wrong there

What about only dy/dt is timevariant or time invariant
If System is time invariant should it be delay or replace?
can you explain if y(t) = integral of X(t) with limits( - infinity to t) is time variant or invariant??
SPANDAN SINHA have u got answer for this if yes explain !!!
thank you bhai

x(2n) is time invariant system.
delay y(n,k)=x(2(n-k))
replace y(n-k)=x(2(n-k))
both will be same
No, this is not the case. watch my video to see the explanation and don't forget to subscribe my channel.

Bro..I want proof...of differential equations you spoke of..You directly stated that if there is no 't' as coeffecient then it is TI..
so what i understood that systems are classified into:
1)linear-time-invariant, 2)linear-time-variant, 3)non-linear-time-invariant & 4)non-linear-time-variant
is that right? could any one answer me!!!

Limits di hui h to use kese solve krege
sir in problem x(t)-3u(t) why you not applied delay to step input
Becoz delay is applied only to x(n) only, not to u or cos or y functions
3:40 are you sure that it is D: x(2n-k)? I think it is D: x(2n-2k), because we delay n by k. n becomes n-k. No offence intended.
Delay means only subtract k
Hence, x(2n-k) is right :)
in your first example ( x(t) -3*u(t) ) why the delay only effects the x(t) ??
x(t) is input and u(t) is not
but u(t) can be a state . usually we use notation x for state and u for input. but anyways ,
if i have y(t) = C*x(t) + D*u(t) where y is output, x is state , u is input .and applied your method it will give me a time variant while it is time invariant.
ElectroMechanical Mechatronics VUB/ULB
U(t) r(t) Delta(t) are not changed in delay step
ip and op same. Nhi hoga to t.v kaise ayega 😮
Sir gate k last year k questions krwaiye . thank you sir
+Md Kalimullah
Will do in future Videos 🙂
Example no 3 is time invariant but you mistakenly wrote time varient
1 is not equal 2 ...its time variant only
Solution of y(-1)=1 ??
You are far better than my professor ... Thanks alot man😘
What's the solution?
