I skipped the keypads, didn't even know they existed. Did get the room though. But wanted to say a huge thank you, there are many helpful videos on how to do it... but you're the first I've found that actually explained "Why" we do it :)

Ive done this mission 5 times, both normal and legend mode, i did the puzzle but i didn’t get anything, i thought i was supposed to get a blueprint.
That hint to check your progress in triumphs was what i needed.. i did complete the first step after all 😭😭😭
I never picked up the 1 or 3 things in the beginning. Still completed it. Additionally at the plaza, once you activate the panel. There is a light on the ground close to the far panel and that light shows you which panel to shot each time. That way you don’t have to go to all the way to the activated panel to see which figure is next.

At 1:54 you see on the left there is a hologram of the symbol to shoot so you don't have to run back to the console at the start.

I did all this without grabbing the keypads at the start, didnt even know they existed and i still got the intrinsic and schematic.
The keypads are probably just a throwback to the original mission where you pickup solar, arc and void? :)

I never grabbed any of the key pads at the beginning of the mission and I was still able to access the console to shoot the symbols

The data pads were the old way of getting the caytlst for outbreak if i recall so i guess they didnt bother taking them out

This was explained really well. And thats coming from someone that watched it after having to learn it the hard way earlier today.
@Skarrow9 they only put the barriers in the Vault Room so players didn't unlock the ship all in Week 1(!) I think that switch in the Old Tower Atrium is the same for all three weeks for the ship triumph. As for the catalyst, it is likely you use the same 5 switches in the silo chamber, but another switch above each silo.

There’s a secondary screen you can check next to the far hologram so you don’t have to run all the way back.
1: Those keys are just one, picking it up three times doesn’t do anything at all.
2: That’s the start quest.
3: you forgot to flip the switch first.
4: You are completely wrong with the puzzle screen. The icons show EXACTLY WHERE THE FIRST PUZZLE BUTTONS ARE. it’s script lines you have arrows pointing at it. Walls, radar, corners.
I did the method shown at the red lights and it worked for me exactly. The entire map shook when I did it and I got the exotic quest down for the week.
Only thing i care to get done is for the stuff for the gun. I would never choose that ship over the one from whisper mission.
The keypads in the beginning are leftovers from the original puzzle back in 2019! =)
I did this already and my quest is now bugged for the traits now I can’t even progress it

It’s called paint.net. It’s not a website, just a weirdly named piece of software. I like it because it’s free and open-source so anyone can develop plugins

the fact you NEED to get the craftable version of outbreak perfected for the puzzle stuff is stupid, im on my first run of the mission currently, have had the gun for AGES but now thats its craftable you gotta do the mission, get the craftable version, repeat the mission and then do the puzzles....

I did the vault puzzle yesterday, me and another person got the first box for the triumph but our third didn’t get it, anyone else have that issue?
I you missed the first week will that one still work? I did it today with the diamond pattern and it gave me the "refined II" not "III". Wondering if I go through again if I can do the square one?

On legend I dropped down to a bridge with two captains, and 4 switches in each corner lower than the bridge, and one switch passage leads to a big sewer section and the 4 switches lead to 4 holes.
I’m totally stuck with ZERO clue where to go. (Pun intended)
It’s hard to describe over text, but if it’s the same as it used to be you need to open on of the hatches and climb on the lid to go into a hole in the ceiling!
You activate the middle switch for the buff and the back right switch to open the silo top, then you head to the top of that silo and get to the next area where the last switch is hiding behind a couple boxes

I don't care about the ship too much. But it looks like we get the intrinsic upgrades for more crafting options this way. So I'm gonna have to find 2 Chad's in LFG to help me.

Its easy to solo. You can do it in normal mode.
if you cant do it solo you literally need to uninstall the game.
so it looks like theyre timegating more crafting options after this too. just yuck. for example on the vid i saw, there were no range stocks available, just stability ones. so i presume next week will be another puzzle opening up more craft options etc etc. yuck.

same here. I hate the "just follow what I do" guides, cuz then you have to commit it to memory or rewind a dozen times making sure you don't muck it up somehow. The screen was always like reading Chinese for me. So glad I can actually process the code in English now. lmao
When we did vault puzzle we didnt pick up any key card.
We did sequence n it opened the vault
there is a hologram on the edge of the map, just above the third symbol area, tells you the next symbol, saves having to go back to the console.
go to 1 min 55 seconds and look on your left bottom of screen

You don't need to run legendary. You must have missed something with the puzzles or input them in the wrong order.

I think normal zero hour is bugged cause it’s not meant to be this difficult, it feels more like legend. Even the other normal exotic missions aren’t this hard. It needs to be fixed
