@COM ON I'm a ghost and I'm offended by your comments :(
3 year ago, While driving past the Hung Drawn and Quarted Pub by the Tower of London, Travelling towards Victoria. I saw a Man/Woman in a Brown calf length coat, Flat shoes, carrying a what looked like a shopping bag. Walking in the middle of the road which was very busy. I found this odd because the person was walking at a very determined pace head bowed seemingly oblivious of the traffic on each side. To my horror the person walked in front of a large van!!!!!!!!!! Of course I screamed thinking this person has been hit by a van. But the Van continued the person had disappeared.
This is a true story
There was one where i lived in Oxfordshire , where a woman would walk into the path of oncoming car , the driver would see her then feel a bump , thinking they had hit someone , in the end the local police stopped going out to reports of it because it was happening so often , some of the police knew of the original incident where a woman was hit and killed by a car whilst walking in the dark on the lane in the 1950s , this happened regularly from the 1970s to as far as i know the present day although reports of her have been less frequent in recent years .
I believe u
Electromagnetic static in a subway station running on a few thousand amps at 630V, and crossed by hundreds of communications lines, who would have guessed ...
Yes, it could be connected for sure. I didn't understand the gizomos frankly
My thoughts exactly...
There's not really much unexplainable, if you wait and research long enough...
Basically, the gadgets are just bollocks - cargo cult science.
@@Joolzguides They're pretty basic. It's all nonsense.
@@mickeythompson9537 Yep.
My hubby and I stayed at Betjeman's home in Cloth Fair in 2018....the first night We experienced a smell of woodsmoke and I was roused from my slumber by "somebody" blowing in my ear! I kept asking my husband "did you hear that?" I felt air into my ear...and we both heard a "pop"! So fun!!!
Anything spooky and I'm in. Nice mini vid. Happy Halloween from Cork, Ireland.
Take a look at The Cockney Cabbies tale of the Ghost Phone of Portland Place..
hello from Royal Hill Tara

I would love to see an extended version on the subject of London's paranormal. I know its been done before but I think it would be uniqe if Julian did this.
Im watching from New Zealand. The autumn wind is shaking the house and whistling round the corners
" You never see a black ghost " Karl Pilkington .
Julius Seesaw I did in Virginia. It is he only paranormal experience I have ever had. My g aunts own an old plantation, near Fredericksburg,, VA. It has been in the family since it was built. They never owned slaves as they were. anti slavery. From the earliest days. We have. Family. Journals and old Bibles that attest to this. They hired free blacks and immigrants, to work the farm, which bred and raised thoroughbred horses, and still does.
I. Was 12 and went down to one of the stables. I saw a man standing. In the far end near a stall. I figured he was one of the hands or trainers.. I. Said good evening, he. smiled and nodded then vanished. I was obviously startled but not really afraid. I ran back up to the house, and told my aunt what had happened. She said with a smile, “ that is just Ezekiel. It is nice to know he is still here”. She later explained he was a rarely seen ghost, from the 1880s. He loved the horses and died in a house on the farm. He is buried in the family cemetery. I never have seen him again, but always look for him, when there, and say hello Ezekiel, when in the stables.
Very good point.
And they're called spooks too lol
No dinosaur ghosts either...

08.45 “ are you a man or a woman.” Funnily enough I was wondering the same
This is my favourite so far, absolutely love your tours.
Always informative and entertaining...thanks for another video Jules.
You're the only one I get notifications from.
I'd live to have a few pints with you.
I love watching your guides... I always learn something, and it’s not always associated with the subject of the video. So fun!
"Are you a man or a girl?"
ghost: *"HOW DARE YOU ASSUME MY GENDERRRRRR REEEEE"*
What with big man boobs. Oh come on Olly
That question is probably a hate crime.
Why girl? why not woman?
@@lulu_la_luna Why not crone?
I like how some of the music at the start and end is
"Are You Afraid Of The Dark?"
It's so great that you are doing all my old haunts 😉. Learning lots of stuff I missed when I was there. Thanks.
As always, it was fun watching. You could do a whole series on this topic, starting with the most haunted pubs...
Brill topic Joolz! Would love to see more on paranormal London!
Another fantastic video jools and that was spooky
That was really great. Thanks so much.
You never cease to entertain me Jools! 😱👻👍🤣....always plenty of facts too! 📚👌
A good fun spooky and atmospheric episode this. Love the murky nature of the City under lights 🌔👻

I feel like having a wank now
The little girl, during the evp session, answered "yes" at 8.43 ,when asked if she is nine years old.Shortly after that, she says "yellow" when asked what her favourite colour is.

Yvette Fielding and her hoaxing bullshit
Awesome as usual
Why can’t I stop watching yr vids lol, ooooh time for spooky, splendid indeed
Total lols, thanks for that one, Joolz!
Thanks Erica.
That was a fun video to watch. Be fun to do a haunted pub crawl with you!
Gosh..well they are quite spread out though.
You guys got better evidence than those American ghost hunting shows, which I definitely have never binge watched... Another doozy, nice one Jules!
Joolz your video give me the ghoulies. Oh hold on, I have those already! Excellent work.
Ha ha! Me too.
Great video!
Love it!
Enjoying watching this
Vera entertaining and interesting video! 👻
Thanks!
What's up my paranormal people in London! Great Video! Thank you for sharing! Sending loving light your way from Arizona, USA!
I love little villages and especially small thatched roof cottages, any chance you can visit those?
Awesome! 👻
Hey , that used to be a brothel a few years ago... I did some repair work with a friend ....
Hmmm 😂
Did a bit of plumbing eh? ??? Laying some pipe ?????
Went to the escape room after seeing the video, was very good :)
I was in London very recently and thought I saw an English guy. I was told that it must have been a ghost.
It was Julian.
Lol
What made you think they were English?
Very interesting thank you
I was in the Grenadier and met Ricky Hatton which was nice. They do superb Blood Mary's by the way
Fascinating I also experience poltergeist activity When I was young a plate flew through the air straight at one of my aunts afte she escapist smashed into the door that she closed after her
Joolz, will you be doing a Halloween video for 2019?
Do more of these and point out the time around Christmas is when we tell ghost stories in these islands. C from a haunted cottage in Ireland. 👻👻👻🏡🏡🏡🍀🍀🍀🎃🎃🎃
Goodness.....aren't you scared over there?
Nope. Not yet. C 👻👻👻👻👻
Love your films, you are very witty with them thanks for all your hard work, your films have inspired me to make my own channel on youtube
Glad to hear it!
Hello i am from Singapore i am coming 40 this year in august. Honestly i really enjoy watching your videos not just scary but also funny. Also your videos are not long winded. U know some people when they upload their videos here on UA-cam are so long winded which makes me feel really BORING!
50 Berkeley is reportedly the most haunted townhouse in London.
Hi Julian David here a scot living in London I love your vlog as always it's great fun thank you for sharing it David
Creeeeeeeeepy! 😱👻 (I heard 'yellow', too!)
I'm sceptical myself...I didn't quite understand the radio thingy
You could do a lot of clips on Haunted London from your really cool filming style.
I'm not sure how much I believe in ghosts but it's very popular..
@@Joolzguides I don't believe but I still love ghost walks
That was awesome! The child ghost clearly said “nine”
My toilet is haunted. Every time I go in there I sh*t myself!
Will you do another Halloween video this year?
At 3:01 there seems to be a Turing Bombe from Bletchley Park! What is it doing there??
Sir, have you been to Warren's Occult Museum in London? Probably you can make a video on your trip to this creepy museum!!
No, but I've been to Viktor wynde's!
Your guide to the underground. I don t remember seeing his grandparents huddling in the station during the blitz
Now I did hope for an Astral Pint or perhaps an apparition or two. I thought the the Gizmo with the flashing lights is a "White Noise" generastor, a fiendish sound that stimulates the brain and causes people to hear voices and other weird imaginings.
I am not Neil , from Ontario Canada , I was in England took a tour of haunted pubs and went to that first pub in your video , If I knew you back then I would have bought you a beer , love you and your videos . You asked how do you look in this video , I say fantastic . Love from Canada .
id love to go to London
Hi. I'm not english, but I love you're videos. They're so informative and always helpful when I plan my next journey to London. But please, what does it mean: "Hip hip tell me..." I can't figured it out. Lovely greetings from Germany.
Do you mean "hip hip tally ho"?
Hello there. Don't worry, you don't have to be English to enjoy my films. They traverse nations! :)
Pip pip tally ho..... Just a silly greeting really. "Pip Pip!" It just mean.."Hey there!" or "Here I am" ... or something silly. Just a nonsense phrase to get attention. It's sort of a bit posh too.
I lived in the Wilmington Arms, in Roseberry Ave, in the early eighties. Ghosts and random flying plates were an every day occurrence. I wonder if that’s still the case?
I saw on BBC a place that people complain about a rooster crowning. The police had come and found no one owns a rooster. But the people kept hearing it. Spooky.
you know what, I'm a trifle dissapointed those guys didn't have proton packs and drive around in an old Cadillac station wagon
I think they don't like any references to Ghostbusters but I managed to sneak one in!
Spirits in Pubs...............There's a novelty! :-)))
The first 0:13 seconds of the vid could fit on to Joolz Guides - psychedelic clubs of the 1960s.
Happy Halloween Joolzy, thanks for the "special" edition it was awesome! Don't drink too much zombie punch tonight or else your may well have another red eye, lol.
Just water for me!
Why is there a Bletchley Park Bombe at 3:01?
Must be admitted every time I’ve been to the Grenadier it’s been bloody freezing.
Serious video
Talking to an empty building is the first sign of madness. The second is imagining that something in the building is answering

Fanny Scratching, the Phantom STI.
My local pub is haunted. It has a headless pint. Not into the paranormal but a interesting video none the less. Have you a video of pubs of London?
Well, I enter a lot of pubs in my videos but I tend to stick to one area usually so I don't cover just pubs. The Wapping video is a sort of pub crawl but I might create a compilation of all the ones I"ve visited I guess.
Just a suggestion here. When you speak of an area of London, could you please point it out on a map. Like for example when you are making an episode of Soho could you show on map where it is and the Soho area limits? As a non londoner I have no idea where these areas are
Hiya Hert. yeah, I have occasionally done that but the problem is that it's extremely time consuming. When you just see a photo or a map animation it flicks by you in about 3 seconds. It actually takes me quite a long time to crop the map, zoom in, add the locations, add the text, correct font, adjust font size etc etc.... I agree, I'd love to but I'm not paid to make the films apart from the contributions I get and it's just so much work. I wouldn't get the films out in time. So I do try to film the street signs and then I figure that it's more efficient for anyone who is interested just to type it into google maps. That takes no time. I agree though, if I was making this for TV and time wasn't an issue then I'd be doing the maps. But with TV shows they have different experts to do graphics, camera, editing, presenting, researching etc. I have to do all this myself and only have help with the camera for a couple of hours. And UA-cam requires that you upload videos every week or two. They just take too long I'm afraid...but if you drop those street names into google you'll see they're all close together. Denmark Street, Charing Cross Road, Old Compton Street, Meard Street, Frith Street, Wardour Street, St Annes's Court, Berwick Street, Broadwick St, Carnaby St, Regent street, Heddon Street, Savile Row. Thats the route I took! Thanks for watching!
When I first moved to London in the 90s I lived in Kentish town on Highgate road beside the foram,,,great spot loved it 💞
If a barmaid feels a cold hand, it's probably me.
Well that's creepy.
That little girl said, “Yah”, when asked if she were 9 years old. 👍
Idiot.....

Don't believe in ghosts, but hearing the stories is always fun
Thanks for a cool video. Does Theresa May qualify as a poltergeist?👻
I'm not sure what she qualifies as!
Hazel was scary enough for me
Would the ghost hunters be able to find missing cufflinks?
Michael B cufflinks lack vital electromagnetic field
Ain’t afraid of no ghosts 👍👍👍
Hi Jooles. Ah, Have you had ghostly experience on your own in london? I'd be happy if you tell me bout it. Thankyou.
southall train station spooky 👻
I'm not familiar with Kentish Town. It's been a number of years since I was in London. Can anyone tell me what is around The Kentish Town area that, I would know?
Not much there apart from The Forum venue. That's quite famous.
Kentish Town is sandwiched in between Camden Town and Highgate.
When you dressed in that uniform, you looked a bit like an 80s Anthony Valentine.
Have a pint with a ghost!
Give the man his own tv show, I say!
100% got one in my house Iv even answers it back thinking was the kids then they walked in the front door
Not really a believer in ghosts, but I went to Westminster Abbey a couple of years ago, and felt someone brush past my back, looking about I saw no one, I was wearing at least three layers of clothing, so it wasn’t a wind or breeze ?
Spirits are real. Death is an illusion. It would be too much of a coincidence for thousands of people around the world to be experiencing paranormal experiences. Also, how do you explain when two or three people experience the same paranormal experience. We just have to come to terms with the fact that we don't know everything the same way an ant doesn't know Mathematics.
Cool story. If you experienced something so deep, you shouldn't be a believer, rather you should know it happened to you and therefore, it's real. Once you know, there is no need to believe. Through my own personal experiences, I know many thing's others won't understand.
Bustin makes me feel ... like a pint.
