Hi chef, was looking at your easy prawn recipe when this caught my eye. I am going to give it a try. Being new to cooking (I regret never writing down my late mum's recipes) I would appreciate an idea of amounts of ingredients used for the stock. Thank you.
For 2 cups rice use 4+1/2 water for stock one onion, one carrot, one stick celery, 10 cloves of crushed garlic 2 bay leaves and pepper corns keep it on simmer for at least 30 mins.
