My Name is Max and I film while driving cars. No matter if they are old, fast, loud or electric. They need to be special! With several onboard cams, I record everything important to show you High-Speed-Runs, Acceleration tests ( 0-100 kph / 0-200 kph / 100-200 kph / 200-300 kph ) and test drives on German Autobahn or Road. Please note, Germany is the country of "no speed limit" highways. So in some places, it's allowed to drive very fast. But please don't try this if you are not an experienced driver !! everything wrong in there. body is facelifted. so it should have CDI engine. (411-2.2 single turbo, 413-2.2 bi turbo or 416-2.7 turbo). there is no 412 in facelifted body and even so 412D is 2.9 turbodiesel (mechanical injection).
cool it's interesting that top speed comes to Africa and especially to the Congo

hello, was this Sprinter engine swapped before? i'm asking because i can't see the turbo piping that the 122hp om602 would normally have, in the video you can see that there is a hose coming directly out of the air-box going directly into the intake.
looking at the video again, and yea, you can't see the turbo where it would normally sit, so thats not the factory engine, swapped for a less powerful non turbo om602.

Looks like this thing was swapped probably had an om611 2.1 cdi probably 110hp or 130hp.

The fact that this sprinter is totally cobbled together from different era's of sprinters. Usually the dash doesn't electrically fit to the non cdi engines. Africans made it work anyways xD I like that. No way you could have such thing in germany.

Not 412D, it's post 2000 CDI type, with SsangYong Om662 engine, which also modified to non turbo version, performance is close to 602.940 engine from old T1 (2.9l na 95hp, 192Nm)
That sounds and looks nothing like any CDI engine
The OM662 isn't even a CDI lol
@@jetstream454 I talk about Sprinter, from factory it come with om611 or om612 cdi, or rare m111 petrol engine (with post 2000 dashboard, like here) , but engine was changed to korean Om662 (proably in africa).
I work 20 years with 1st generation sprinter/lt. And know a lot about them. You can easy change 611-647 cdi to older 601-606 because transmission Bell housing, and engine mountings pattern are same, flywheel from cdi also fits to om60x. Mine car is also 1st gen Sprinter 308D 1997, from factory om601 2.3 non turbo, but I modified to om606 3.0 turbo, and full 212D transmission.
So this was recorded in Democratic republic of the Congo?

The seria 212D, 312D, 412D, was from the year 1995 till about 2000. From 2000 till 2006, where CDI engines. This is not D seria. It's CDI. The CDI had different headlights and different dashboard and steering wheel.

that is not the engine of a 412D 5 cylinders. The valve cover of 412D is wider. This is 411 CDI I think but definetly not a 412D.. Nice video btw!!
