To me, this song is about invilidating others struggles as if they don't have a reason to feel the way they do or even your own struggles. Sometimes, it's common for a parent to tell their child to basically "suck it up" because when they got sad, they toughened up, and it's also just as common for a child or teen or anyone in general struggling with depression or thoughts to think that they're overreacting and others go through worse. Yes, some people that struggle in life think they're overreacting themself and need to toughen up. Not to mention, the mocking-sounding tone. I really love this song, though.

I was listening to this in the dark and had my phone flipped over, though as it was flipped over there was little light that still illuminated from it and created a shadow. I've been listening to this song on repeat for a while and I think I finally understand what it means: This song is obviously about the conflicting relationship between a single mother and her child. In the beginning, the mother is the one speaking, talking about her adorable baby and how cute it is while also complaining about the unfortunate death of someone (most likely the father of the child) that resulted in her struggling to be a single mother. Then it switches to the child's side, as it says, "To you, prostrating yourself so modestly, so economically," hinting that the single mother is suffering economically and is praying to God that she will win the lottery (Hinted at later on). Then the child says "Only inexcusable excuses." giving our first look at the conflict in the song between the child and mother. While the child believes that its mother was at fault, the mother doesn't think she is as seen in the next few lines where the mother is defending her case (Ex: It started with carelessness -- ..that's what you were created by, this is your dispatch point. -- Well, there's some bad luck involved -- So many things are regrettable). Following her argument, the mother comes to realize that she will be scorned by society for treating her child 'badly', but at the same time wonders if they will notice at all. In this chorus, the mother is saying this to her child, to just SUCK IT UP because even if you are a victim, love won't do anything. Now, we are looking mainly from the child's perspective, where they are apparently out in public and the mother is quote, "Poverty flows from you as you curse at me." indicating that the poor mother is putting on a 'show' to get pity from the public (Further indicated by the child describing her show as noisy and flamboyant). This line is a great representation of how pity and connectivity can go a long way to get what you want, knowing that the audience watching the mother are in poverty and are being attracted by her performance. Then the perspective switches to the audience, showing the conflicting views they have on the mother: Person 1: "Why do you hate that child?" Person 2: "..that's not it. Are you jealous in the bottom of your heart?" Person 3: "Well, isn't everyone the same?" Then it switches to the mother again, now defending herself against the scorn she is receiving: "Let's grieve soon. Then the people who watched the mother put on her show are now scorning her, asking why she did this, how could she ignore it for so long, how could she give birth to the child, and why was such a 'sweet' child born in the hands of this abusive mother? What follows is the audience praying that everything (as follows) would be granted to whomever found themselves in the mother's situation. "Grant romance to love's husk" meaning even if it isn't true love, keep the couple together and always in each other's hearts so they wouldn't have to leave one with a burden. I've been listening to this song on repeat for a while and I think I finally understand what it means:
This song is obviously about the conflicting relationship between a single mother and her child. In the beginning, the mother is the one speaking, talking about her adorable baby and how cute it is while also complaining about the unfortunate death of someone (most likely the father of the child) that resulted in her struggling to be a single mother. Then it switches to the child's side, as it says, "To you, prostrating yourself so modestly, so economically," hinting that the single mother is suffering economically and is praying to God that she will win the lottery (Hinted at later on). Then the child says "Only inexcusable excuses." giving our first look at the conflict in the song between the child and mother. While the child believes that its mother was at fault, the mother doesn't think she is as seen in the next few lines where the mother is defending her case (Ex: It started with carelessness -- ..that's what you were created by, this is your dispatch point. -- Well, there's some bad luck involved -- So many things are regrettable). Following her argument, the mother comes to realize that she will be scorned by society for treating her child 'badly', but at the same time wonders if they will notice at all. Then comes the reason why she is broke, as she lists the reasons why it wasn't her fault, the mother mentions the lottery: "When you take away the lottery the births of all children whether they be the Son of Man or anyone else are isolated and helpless." This is an indication that the mother developed a gambling addiction and began to rely on lottery tickets after the father's death, and used lottery tickets as a main source of income that just caused her to lose even more money. And perhaps the lottery was banned in her country or something because she complains that when you take away the lottery, children will grow to be "isolated and helpless". Suddenly the music stops and the words THIS IS LIFE (WOW) appear. From context you can assume that the person saying this would be the society she lives in because they (unlike the mother) understand that you can't always get what you want, complaining about it.
Then comes the chorus, where the phrase "To the lowest of the victims, offer love" is repeated. In the first chorus, it is obvious that the person saying this would be the mother, as she then says "I want to offer it, but--" and SUCK IT UP repeats. The meaning behind the phrase SUCK IT UP is actually quite interesting, as it comes from the saying "Suck it up, buttercup." which means, crying and sobbing won't do anything so you might as well keep it in. In this chorus, the mother is saying this to her child, to just SUCK IT UP because even if you are a victim, love won't do anything.
Now, we are looking mainly from the child's perspective, where they are apparently out in public and the mother is quote, "Poverty flows from you as you curse at me." indicating that the poor mother is putting on a 'show' to get pity from the public (Further indicated by the child describing her show as noisy and flamboyant). "You attract helpless and poor customers. Do you have any limits?" This line is a great representation of how pity and connectivity can go a long way to get what you want, knowing that the audience watching the mother are in poverty and are being attracted by her performance. Then the perspective switches to the audience, showing the conflicting views they have on the mother: Person 1: "Why do you hate that child?" Person 2: "..that's not it. Are you jealous in the bottom of your heart?" Person 3: "Well, isn't everyone the same?" Then it switches to the mother again, now defending herself against the scorn she is receiving: "Let's grieve soon. We'll pull the lottery."(trying to convince them to bring the lottery back) "...that's what you decided. I'm not related to your logic anymore"(questioning why they removed the lottery in the first place) "This is a welcome party for my rebirth."(Accusing them of spreading hate speech that may lead her to kill herself out of sadness). Now, we're back to the child's perspective where they are aware of their mother's manipulative ways and knows that she wouldn't hesitate to kill herself or leave her child (indicated by the flies and swimming turtles). Then the line "Their countenance is scorned" reveals that her mother's manipulative tactics did not work and she ended up being scorned anyways, in which the child is not sad about.
Now we're at the second chorus where the child is the one saying THIS IS LIFE (WOW). The child is also now the one saying SUCK IT UP to the mother as a way of making her feel as the child did in the first chorus. Then the people who watched the mother put on her show are now scorning her, asking why she did this, how could she ignore it for so long, how could she give birth to the child, and why was such a 'sweet' child born in the hands of this abusive mother? What follows is the audience praying that everything (as follows) would be granted to whomever found themselves in the mother's situation. "Grant romance to love's husk" meaning even if it isn't true love, keep the couple together and always in each other's hearts so they wouldn't have to leave one with a burden. "Grant a nature to innocence's embers" means to give those who are even the slightest bit innocent a stable and distinct features to prevent any confusion. "Grant repentance to the servants of the flesh" give remorse to those who want to die, even though it is wrong to end life before life ends you, this will give the child of a single mother a better life at birth and prevent extreme poverty and debt. "Hope for the best remaining years of your life" means to plan your death and hope it gets better before you have to die, so you can prevent it from happening. "Grant an end to the slave of desire" kill all who succumb to the temptation of addiction, like the mother in this story. "Pray for the hung corpse" an indication that the mother ended her life in the end, and that other single mothers who do this should be prayed for. "Grant the next world to the eternal soul" Pray that those who kill themselves for the better of their children live a good life in heaven. "To the lowest of victims, offer love" A rule that all who worship God should abide by, which means following all the previous prayers/rules.
The song ends with that rule being repeated to better make seen the importance of it.
Anyways, that's my theory. Sorry it was so long. Love the song btw. Honestly one of my favourite Maretu songs. :)

For those who didn't understand why hatsune makes music with heavy themes the music was made with Hatsune's voice plus the person who made the music was kikuo understood it's not original made by Sega (the same company that made sonic) so they just used her voice to make this song is not original in the original songs she does a whole choreography she even dubbed her songs there they are very light

Every songs made by their producers are original, and this is not Kikuo. Sega only insert Vocaloid songs in their Vocaloid rhythm games, they didn't own Hatsune Miku nor making songs. The one made by MARETU (not Kikuo!) is the original already. About whole choreography done by Miku, it's just MVs made by Sega but they are not the original MV, and they didn't make the music themselves. Sega just insert them in games like Project Diva and Sekai, but the music themselves, even the light ones are already existed and not originally made by them, it's made by people like Kikuo, MARETU, or another producers and Sega just insert it in the games. So, opposite than what you said, there are no original songs by Sega, but all Vocaloid songs including this song, as long as not a cover nor alt vocal are original.
