Hi! I just finished the mod today and OMG what a surprise. Tons of great QoL changes, remixing the caves to address some issues, the Overworld changes. This mod is now my prefered version of Playing Pikmin 2, even the new content is great. But those last few hours... It's a trip. Well done mod! ...but now im scarred for life, I had enough Pikmin 2 for a life time
Just finished this, it was really great. That last new cave especially... Just fantastic! I will probably play this for future Pikmin 2 replays in the future, I think it pretty much obsoletes vanilla.
Hey, I was really looking forward to trying this out, but is there anyway to enable widescreen? When using the built in Widescreen hack there's issues with the hud and clipping on the edges of the screen, and when using the Gecko code which works with normal Pikmin 2 it crashes when loading the title screen. For the record, I'm playing on real hardware, a Gamecube and Swiss. The aforementioned widescreen code works great with normal Pikmin 2 just not Regrown. Thanks in advance!

Adds new bosses, enemies, caves, remixed overworld levels, remixes some caves making them like new, changes some existing enemies so they're cooler (like the emperor bulblax is now a real bossfight instead of a generic enemy), adds a ton of QoL stuff like replacing most treasure cutscenes with a popup message that doesn't pause gameplay, and more. The new bosses and caves are the highlights for me, they are really really good and very very high quality for a mod.
I’m up to the Submerged Castle post-game, and now I’m getting real frustrated at the game. What’s going on with the Fire Geysers?There’s no break in-between unlike the original version. Sure, I can use Red Pikmin to destroy them… but I’m at the Submerged Castle where I only have Blues. There’s too little of a window for them to hit it before they start burning up. This is not the one complaint I’m having with this mod. I’m confused as to why the home bases of two of the maps are relocated: especially Perplexing Pool, where now it’s takes a longer time to bring items back since the base is less centered in the location. Also, the mechanic where bridges can be removed by Sheargrubs in Pikmin 1: why is it brought back here? Not only that, it appears it takes longer to build bridges despite the Sheargrubs able to completely make the bridge unusable in a matter of seconds. And these things come back every other day; so if I’m not fast enough, I already have to rebuild that bridge again. Is it just me or are the sky traps becoming more frequent here than in vanilla, especially nearby treasures and such? I like the additions of content in this mod, the new dragon boss is a massive plus and the lack of treasure cutscenes does help the flow a lot. I’ll continue playing this rom hack to see if I can 100% this deathless; however, because of where I am at this point, I’m beginning to miss the vanilla version.

I heard in imonlyhereforpikmin's video about lost pikmin enemies the Usuba which is an unused enemy in pikmin 1 is making a return in this mod
