This video covers the process and steps to be followed after getting a PPR(or passport request) from IRCC. Courier procedure and Form filling are included as well(Separate file package for student and family member to be sent to Embassy, write the nearest blue dart office name in your courier form). I see that there are some additional documents that have been requested apart from the Passport/PPR/Courier/Consent form from IRCC, for eg: Photos and Transmission letter ( From the comments section of this video). Thanks for sharing all the info. It was really helpful. I have one question though. Did you get the passport request letter from IRCC only with the primary applicant's name or did you get separate Passport Request letters for the primary and secondary applicant, each with their names on it?
I am confused. I received AWB numbers for myself(primary applicant) and my wife(secondary applicant). But IRCC sent the Passport Request letter addressing me (Only my name is on that letter). Since we have to attach the passport request letter with the other documents in my wife's envelope, I am wondering if the letter I received (with my name) would suffice.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
We got separate PPR in the portal for each applicant primary and secondary. It should be available as separate in the application if both the VISA is approved.

Separate one by one we did this process, and we did put in a separate package each.[This is for study visa, I believe it's same for other visa types also]

Thank you for your video...Do we need to write the same address (pickup address) as written while filling the webform on the envelope as well? bcs my original address doesn't have Bluedart corier pickup and I have given another address ( serviceable) at the beginning. so, should I write the pickup address on the envelope or my original address?
and how did u received the passport? within the same envelope you send or different?
@Riyas BC I have given a different address(Pick up address- with serviceable PINCODE) in the webform which is different from my original address(in passport). I gave the same pickup address (from webform) in my courier form. In Envelope , 'FROM' address is not mandatory, because we will get passport in a different cover(we receive just stamped passport only). But if you want , you can write the pickup address in the envelope as 'FROM'. But do must mention- 'To' address and AWB number on cover. Hope this helps :)

Consent form as passport address. In courier form , we wrote the address where our passport need to be picked up from. Because bluedart has pickup in our home pincode, we gave our home address itself.

My agency suggested me to go by one by one - I mean choose 1 and then repeat the process . I did for my me and my spouse separately. I am not sure why agency suggested like that. But everything went smooth for us. All the best!

It took 2-3 days for me to get the mail. Even after you are not getting mail, you could send mail to VFS helpdesk or reach them on twitter

Is it the passport request letter or is it the email that I received from VFS global with AWB number?
As per the info from internet : Passport transmission letter means the mail you received from VFS with the AWB. It took nearly one week. track the AWB number regularly. If taking longer reach out to the Blue Dart team support/VFS[Mail/Twitter]

@@mathewvarghese6945 You can check with VFS support via mail or Twitter directly. Hope you will get the update soon. For me, it was 7 days, but that is not everyone's case.
