Hello What do you consider as response, death of animal or changes in biochemical parameters (%) to calculate the NOAEL value. Also tell me any software that is freely accessible to calculate benchmark dose.

q1. Threshold point can be consider as LOAEL? what is the difference between this two?
threshold point is the first dose that give effect.
LOAEL is lowest dose that give effect.
this two sound same.. pls explain....
q2. How to find LOAEL? why it not at the bottom of the graph?

Is your blank considered the NOEL or is it just a control?

its just a control to make sure if your reactifs didnt have any contamination.
