What is the Fastest Way to Wash Rice?

Tired of getting your hands wet? Want to wash rice faster? Didn't even know you needed to wash rice? Here's my super lazy man way on how to wash rice the easiest way.
Rinsing the rice removes any debris, and most importantly, it removes the surface starch that otherwise causes the rice to clump together or get gummy as it cooks.

I know people are giving you guff but I never would have thought to do this even though it's so simple. This should agitate the starch off the rice drastically faster without crushing the grains

The spinning looks fast and aggressive, it looks like that would crush the grain or mill it altogether

I put a serving spoon in and mix it up. Super simple. I do it several times until i get clear water

Why do we wash rice and not pasta?

Cos rice has alot of starches so you want to wash it to get rid of excess. This means your rice won't be so gluggy and sticky when you eat it
