I immediately had to look up the Tetris theme after his answer about the Welcome Home rift being partially inspired by it and I totally heard what he meant. Never knew that bit of trivia. Haha.
I'll forever tie Coheed to my playing of Assassin's Creed. Good Apollo is the perfect soundtrack to stealthing around and dicing up Templars! Great interview here!
I totally get what he means about the feeling different on stage vs interaction, when I have done karaoke or did my graduation speech for HS, was in theatre back in school, speech and debate classes, stuff like that….I think it’s because it feels like I am talking at people rather than to them, it’s the lack of back and forth that takes the feeling of social pressure off. I can stick to a script and not have to worry about anything unexpected. There’s something about being on a stage in front of people that feels far less nerve-racking as an extreme introvert with high social anxiety and ASD compared to just having a conversation, even 1 on 1. I feel like so much of the pressure of introversion and social anxiety is in the back and forth of interaction, that is off the table when you are on a stage where everyone is an audience to your speech or performance. It reminds me of how I hated taking part in improv, because it depended entirely on the very things I am weakest at and have the most anxiety around, compared to playing roles off a script, especially monologues…that was the easy part. That was all memorization, no need to worry about improvising or going off script when all there is to do is recite lines at a crowd with nobody else in the scene. TL;DR: the stress of introversion and social anxiety comes from the back and forth. A stage where you just follow a script or talk at/sing at people takes that pressure off.
the funniest part is that he actually did tell me what's going to happen at the end of the vaxis arc right after we finished the interview, and I will take that secret to my grave
@@nathangrayson666 Fantastic work as always, super jealous and proud of you! It must be cool to be able to interview the frontman of your favorite band. Can’t wait to hang with you and mom next week!
Way more interesting interview than I was expecting having no context going in. Surprised to hear that Vaxis II was going to have 'challenging songs' and that there was any doubt from the creators on its success. As a long time Coheed fan, I loved it from start to finish from pretty much the first listen, and only grew on me from there. Coheed has a way of creating songs that turn into serious ear worms that I can't get rid of, and this album may have been the worst offender.
Fortnite coohed and cambria is legit 🎉🎉🎉 stop playing better than the week end 😅😅😅😅.. claudio is a real talent rest so far just lame. Mnm......😂😂😂😂stop being 2000 and late.. 50 cent where u been why not and jarule 😅😅😅😅imagine all in fortnite the fued lives out and many caps popped. Halo can you hear me in 2000 late

Imagine getting to have a conversation with Claudio
i would spontaneously develop a crippling stutter.
He used to play fortnite with me visible on my channel and mine craft and played Drawn to Death with me
I would go crazy. Been a fan of Coheed since I was 13 and I am now 34. Great band.
There should be game without a doubt thru Claudio's sounds and narration

When are we going to get an Amory Wars video game?
I was legitimately thinking this very question today, wild
There was a "game" for EARLY iPhone. " Fall of the Keywork"
It's amazing how big and burly he used to be and now look at him still muscular but not as bulky.
Great interview, especially the last part....

Claudio likes Fortnite.. that’s honestly really awesome. I just got back into it because of the zero build mode.

I wish someone would tell him about Destiny!
The guy who got me into Coheed is a big Destiny fan
If i ever got in a match with claudio sanchez i would be so hyped
Claudio your mate here.... borderlands 4....... perfect fit.. that's your silent 🌟
I need a Coheed COD Zombies song. They'd be perfect for it.
When the interviewer asked what he's been playing on PS5, my first thought was "He totally plays Elden Ring" Yep. 😂
I like this interview, but the interviewer seems a bit robotic. I would like a nerdy dash of like nardwaur
Was this guy on the cruise? He looks super familiar
Why the name Vaxis?
I could be wrong, but I think it's a play on his son's name: Atlas.
he is a big big star i have tattoo in my neck in his nane
