Mazi Kalbimde Bir Yaradır (Mazi Kalbimde Bir Yaradır is a Wound in My Heart) is a tango composed by Necip Celal Andel in 1928 with lyrics written by Necdet Rüştü Efe.
It is the first tango with Turkish lyrics recorded on record. It is Andel's opus 2. The song was first recorded by Seyyan Hanım, a conservatory student at the time, for the Sahibinin Sesi company in 1930-1931. As a result of the great interest in this tango, tango was included in Turkish entertainment life as a dance genre; record companies continued to produce tango records uninterruptedly until 1965.
