      Janice DSouza Hi! Thank you for your comment :) The oil must be completely cold otherwise the pearls wont crystallize.

      +stateroute351 Thanks for your interest.
      It can be reused whenever you like for any dishes you prepare although it does lose some of its flavor.
      It can be used indefinitely (until expiry date) for any type of caviar

      Hi, thank you for your comment. Agar agar allows the pearls to be used with hot food. If you used Gelatin and put them next to hot food they would melt!

      yup! With cold water just dunk your strainer with the caviar into it
