- A former spokesperson for the Palestinian Authority spoke to Sky News as Gaza's health ministry announced that 493 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli retaliatory strikes in the Strip so far.
Nour Odeh said that "everybody is suffering" in this "dead-end situation with no options for a breakthrough", and that Palestinians need to be given "their right to be free".

It is quite telling how almost all Palestinian activists are asked right away if they condemn the actions of Hamas. They never seem to want to talk about the Israeli occupation, ethnic cleansing and apartheid that created such hostile conditions in the first place. This woman did a phenomenal job.

But they are never asked how they got into this position in the first place, in a history that is basically "Israel exists, Arabs and Palestinians attempt to destroy it, only for it to grow stronger and more hostile towards them". Do not ask a country full of people who already have a history of being hunted, to show any remorse to a enemy that would gladly shoot them in the head (and has announced it WILL do so) given the slightest chance.

How was it "lacking of professionalism"? He let her speak out freely even though she was somewhat dodging the questions. I think the key word that came out of her mouth about this situation is there is no “disseminating hope”! Without a Palestinian state and building a livelihood where Palestinians flourish with basic human needs, it will be impossible for Israel to ensure their stability. Israelites have tried all options, except the 2 states solution, which I believe should be given a chance based on International Law and UN resolution. 🙏❤️
