    Hell Jane,
I met Ayman when I was at The University of Westminster. I joined the London ICOC for a while and then left. I then did a TV interview with Ayman about it.
I heard many years ago that he had passed and was very sad. I’ve just now stumbled across your video after all these years.
I think Ayman really sought out God. Certainly the whole experience with ICOC, whilst very traumatic, was also a key step in my walk with Jesus too.
    Be blessed,
    Will

That is why it is so important to educate people so they know. One of the reasons I shared my story

Although the video says "Church of Christ" in the title.......It is the
same with the International Churches of Christ and the International
Christian Church. They change their name when they get found out

Thank you for sharing your painful and personal experiences with this type of church! Thank you for sharing your voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves.
I too joined the International Christian Church. I joined this church backed when I was in my sophomore year in college. I would say I am grateful that they helped me with my relationship with Jesus Christ! They helped me grow in my faith in HIm. I am thankful to God that I met such wonderful people. The church felt like a family. BUT as time passed by I saw how this church is controlling, manipulative, and very pressuring. The leaders of the International Christian Church had to remove and humiliate me in the congregation because I do not agree in what they were forcing members to do especially with the money. For example, besides tithing we also have to give Special Mission Contribution. I believe in sacrificial giving that comes from the heart. The Bible says 2nd Cor 9:7: "Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." I believe in giving that is pure and sincere from the heart to offer to our Loving Father. It was not making sense nor it was biblical when the church was putting a number of how much members should give. The amount of money the leaders were asking for were escalating that it was not making anymore sense! There are more to say but I'll leave everything to God who is full of love and mercy. I no longer attend their church but I still attend a Christian church. Thank you again for being the advocate for those who are hurt and spiritually crushed by this type of shepherding church. Psalm 34:18 says "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." God Bless!
