Samsung Galaxy S24 Honest experience after 2 months of usage! I have been using and paying close attention to the details of this phone over the past 2 months and in this video, I share with you everything I learned so far after a couple updates! I have both an S24 and IPhone 15pro. S24 was offered for switching carriers. I think they are both very efficient phones and I was surprised how Samsung is getting better with each generation. They both have there pros and cons but both are great phones
S24 is better than iphone 15 pro and cheaper 300$
For me this is the best all-rounder android phone ever.

@@robhughes8516 why xiaomi can't be better than Samsung? Any specific reason? Camera is better on xiaomi, charging speed and battery life is better (compared to exynos) on xiaomi. Display and performance is equal. Samsung may pull little ahead interms of software but it's all come down to personal preference interms of software

Bought a S23 a couple of days ago after watching your earlier video on S23. I think it makes sense to me since S24 does not come with SD 8 Gen 3 here in India.

bought a s23 too, and returned it. The screen color shifts of axis like a knock off Chinese display... very disapointed.
Upgraded to S24 (Exynos model) from my S10 and I've been loving it so far, so smooth and fast, and such a nice build quality
How about the battery life of that exynos??

@@daryllarado4853I got this exynos in UK. Battery is excellent 7.5hrs screen on time.. usually from 6am to 10pm I have 4hrs screen on time and still 40% battery left. Mixed 4g/5g wifi. I'm not gaming and not using Always on Display as I have always smartwatch connected. No overheating issue

I'm having a problem draining this beast especially when the os learns ur usage pattern.
Exynos 2400 is a great chip just like SD 8 gen 3 don't let these online hooligans fool you they complain and they don't even have the phone 🤣
I'm getting mine tomorrow, I'm so excited. Coming from s22, I'm used to the Exynos chip, although this one is newer, so it must be better right.

My S24+ is coming in tomorrow but part of me thinks I should've went with a regular S24. I think I'll enjoy the larger display though, especially for typing since I make many typos on the regular-sized phones.
This definitely gives u more than base iPhone 15. 120htz, always on display split screen reverse wireless charging. You get a lot here still for the base s24 without having to get the Ultra. Coming from the S21, huge improvements.

Nice review! I'm still wondering though if it supports LDAC at 32 bit 384khz since the audio quality over Bluetooth is one of my priorities when looking for a smartphone.
I got the 24+ in Sandstone orange. it's different, but not cookie cutter like all the other phones....

Is it better with update(exynos2400)?I am more concerned about thermals.. i don't do gaming, only social etc.. so , worth it?
In Germany it comes with exynos so in this case i would choose the 23 with snapdragon and a lower price
unfortunately the PWM on the s23 is killing me (my eyes) :S
I'd come from S10 plus so there would not be a difference for the pwm I guess
So just outta curiosity: I don't recall it mentioned about the base S23 last year or S24 this year, but, do they tend to run hot quickly like the S22 did?
And you're right about the color selection, it's not great...only the purple really rocks, as does the black. Even the Samsung exclusive colors are like one outta three (the blue is nice, the green sucks worse than the yellow, and the orange is mid).
I use the AI features: summarization, writing style, and spelling and grammar. I also use Circle to search.
Can you buy the new Galaxy A55 and test it out?

You probably in all reality don't need a screen protector but i like to avoid scratches, especially when it costs a lot like these phones do.
I came from the base s23 and i didn't think the s24 would be any better. The screen is incredible especially in direct sunlight. The sound is slightly louder and the haptics are stronger. Circle to search has been fun to use pricing old baseball cards and antiques at a thrift shops. SD 256 gb version. 6 to 7 hours sot using cellular data too.
So is it worth the upgrade?
@@robbierold2262 I would say it depends on your money situation. Samsung was offering extra trade-in credit, a storage upgrade and like $50 in store credit. For me it was worth it.

Probably, the battery life is essentially the same, same cameras as well not worth the price difference imo
I have the same phone in Exynos 2400 and violet colour. it is a beast in performance. I charge the battery to 80 percent only to make it last longer. However, i still believe that the battery life could have been a bit better.
I am using Exynos in India too. I too feel that battery life could be 20% better. Hope they bring back Snapdragon for all countries next year.

Its not flicker free , flicker still happens with pwm 480hz which is very low and can cause eye strain for some ppl

Just got this today S24 256 GB, Sandstone Orange on Samsung's Canadian website, $401.14 with trade-in, traded my old S20 FE, just got a free Pixel 7a from my carrier 3 weeks ago, so I will sell it for $400.00 that way I get the S24 for $1.14, plus Samsung threw in a $65.00 case.😁

Because some people don't use or want cloud storage. With pictures and videos, it's incredibly easy to fill 128GB now. 256 should be the lowest possible option in 2024.

I didn’t say the upload was 4K, the video I shot on the phone was in 4K, your still seeing sharper footage though than if I shot that in the phone at 1080

Galaxy S24 is better than base Iphone, just like previous S23 but still there are some annoying issues
-Galaxy S24 is the only 2024 flagship that starts with just 128gb storage(UFS 3.1). Why Samsung??Even mid range phones start from 256gb these days.
-Exynos in some regions.
-same camera hardware for 3-4 years now. Why??
-25W wired charging in 2024.Why??
And the biggest issue is how little Samsung flagships have improved over the years.
Galaxy S20 a 4year old device had
-Exynos/Snapdragon depending on regions
-a 1440p 120hz screen
-8/128 base version
-25W fast charging
-4000mah battery.
-It Also supported MicroSD cards
-charger in the box and typeC headphones.
In 4years Samsung, not only improved nothing in these but they also lowered in resolution and dropped MicroSD ,charger and headphones.
The S24+ seems to be the best pick since the S20 series 4 years ago
