Most FDNY Dispatchers are good under Fire 🔥 ,But some are Exceptional, like this Brooklyn Dispatcher, He's Calm, Cool and Collective, and Calls it like He's there with the Chiefs. 🧑🏼🚒👨🏾🚒🧑🏼🚒 👦🏻 Capeesh 👍🏻🇺🇸

Can someone please explain what “Medical Branch Resources “ are when they are requested.
Medical branch resources are EMS units that are notified upon transmission of a 1075 or for other emergencies that may require medical assistance. When EMS assigns units the dispatcher will relay that info to the incident commander so he knows EMS is enroute. This is done automatically
@@fa3556 Thank you. I thought that Medical Branch resources were special units when in reality they just send EMS units to the scene in case medical attention is needed for either a civilian or MOS. I never understood what MBR meant! Thank you!

Can anyone tell me why TL120 was special called on the first fire, I can’t make it out? 🙏
Chief said they have Queen Anne’s on that street. Fire wound up in a frame but typically Queen Anne fires are stubborn and require a lot of extensive overhaul and opening up.

There's a few boxes up in that neighborhood that automatically recommends 3 engines & 3 trucks (1 of which must be a Tower Ladder) due to the type of construction. This box wasn't one of them but Heads up move by the 44 requesting it anyway. Better to have & not need than need & not have.
