    I am making my second necklace and on both I can't seem to get the beads that wrap around the sid5es of the 8mm to stay in place. They want to fold together like a taco. What could I be doing wrong or a tip to make them stay in place. Thank

    Nice idea, Allie. Thank you. Did you use a new piece of Wildflower to reinforce the center?

    Can you please do a video on the Woven Gemstone for earrings and some on rings as I am a beginner again. I never done much when I was doing it years ago.!!!!!

      Hi Florence. For the earrings you sound easily adapt the pattern to have an 8mm bead at the bottom, then 6mm and then 4mm on the top. We will try to do more gemstone videos soon!

    Beautiful 🤩 I love gemstones my first order with you last month was gemstones but I have a question because I really want to buy only the real gemstones I even ordered books detailing the description of each gemstones, if it says faceted gemstone are they real or fake

      Thank you so much! Both real or fake gemstones can be faceted, other details will tell if a gemstone is authentic or not!

      @@Potomacbeadco thanks to clarify that because I taught faceted was not real so if I click on any gemstones that I like it will say in the description if it’s authentic or not

    Beautiful. can you add a claps

    • @Potomacbeadco
      @Potomacbeadco  4 роки тому

      Hi Clara, yes, you can. I would recommend using two wire guards, the U shaped channel that protects your thread when attaching metal findings and clasps. Just weave your thread back through the beads and tie a couple of knots in inconspicuous places. Then use jump rings to add your clasp. Alternatively, you can use a Cup Button and make a beaded loop to fit over it.

    I have 4 strand's of gemstone's, and lot's of 3 mm pearl's, will definitly make it, is there a way to secure the side's of the pearl's ??? I just noticed they slipped around. But I love them and it's a good way to use my gemstones, thank's for the video..

      With single hole beads no not really, they will still slide some. That is why we often use 2-hole beads in designs.
