I love working with wire and beads like this. Learned how about a decade ago, long before leaving any bead weaving techniques. Love the wrapped loop. It's so much more secure than a simple loop. Thanks for reminding me of my "first love" in jewelry making.
It's been fun seeing just a small part of your creative, thinking process--with a beautiful necklace as a result. Thanks for sharing this "design on the run" with us.
Absolutely love this! I love to make chains. Please let us know how the auction went! Tell us all what the school received... from all your creative work love your videos thank you 😊☃️
I've been wanting to work on a project like this for sometime and have a big stash of gemstones . Thank you for giving me some wonderful ideas for creating
I have to try 24 ga ,I have always done mine with 20 or max going down to 22 ga . I am so paranoiac about strength of loops but my hands would likely prefer 24 ga . Beautiful necklace like always . Thank You !
Allie, did you say about how long the strands are? And on the layered pieces, did you use a clasp or make them to go over the head? These are so pretty.
Hi Jane, you can make them any length you like and as many strands as you'd like. You can use a multi strand connector to lead into the clasp, or a conical end cap, depending on the size of the beads. www.potomacbeads.com/SearchResults.asp?searching=Y&sort=13&search=strand%20connector%20&show=120&page=1 www.potomacbeads.com/SearchResults.asp?searching=Y&sort=13&search=Cone%20end%20&show=120&page=1

Here you go Peggie ... www.potomacbeads.com/Labradorite-Briolettes-4x7mm-p/141167.htm
PotomacBeads I was asking about the smaller 2x3 metal coated labradorite beads.
