The argument about abortion or contraception being abhorrent because of it being against natural law doesn’t make sense because following that logic it would be against natural law to seek medical intervention if you are sick. If you truly believe that to be the case. If it is a law it is to be believed and applied in all circumstances. I’m sure if the Priest collapsed clutching his chest I would want to know if Matt Fradd would attempt CPR or watch as natural law does its thing.
@@MarkyMarkJ CPR is under the umbrella of natural law, natural law includes all of us learning valuable skills, learning about medicines and treatments available in our world, doctors studying remedies to illness. These types of things are good, and promote health and life. Love thy neighbor as yourself, obey this and you will grow closer to God, if you obey this command, are you going to destroy another person in the womb?
I have listened to this episode in my podcast app three times. Fr Gregory may have single handedly set my faith on fire. His description of heaven is so beautiful, so rich, I have yearned my whole life to yearn for for heaven as I do now. As beautiful as my life is (and I am so blessed), I could spend the rest of my life just sitting with a glass of wine and listening to this man speak Truth to me, and I would be fulfilled. Ah! Beautiful! Please have Fr Gregory on again! And again!

My favorite way to listen is when I'm driving, and I get to take in everything slowly but surely. It's like slow slipping bourbon, but not really, because who wants to drink and drive amirite? Thanks for the video!
Why did I have to listen to this on a Friday during Lent with all the Chick-fil-A talk. In all seriousness, this talk was amazing. It was will work the wait Matt.
Matt Fradd, this is so excellent, absolutely spellbinding! It deserves more than 51K views. Can you bump it up where it will be seen by new subscribers? Love all your podcasts. This is extraordinary.
Thank you both for an awesome conversation! Father Gregory, your description of Heaven is so beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes. How much lighter my cross, how greater my joy, how deeper my love for our Lord will be, remembering your words. I cannot thank you enough... You and Matt will be in my prayers.
I've been looking for Fr Gregory's vocation story everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Who would think I'd find it on this video? He just called you a liar on your face. Haha. You two are just so at home with each other I find it really refreshing and hilarious too. I can't believe I'm watching this exactly to the date three years ago. This is such a great video. I think you two are brothers separated from birth.
Yo I just met Fr Gregory a couple weeks ago in Tucson!! So cool to see two awesome dudes in the same room! Also just the talk I needed to hear tonight, seriously God bless y'all His grace abounds!!
Sister Marry Grace (Sisters of Life) gave a talk yesterday in Oshawa and I can confirm for certain she is indeed "a cool lady". Believe it or not ... she's also an Aussie lol. Matt needs to have her on his show !

I just saw the promo for this show on your Instagram, Matt. Fr. Gregory Pine is awesome, a brilliant young man from my parish in Newtown, PA...I know his family!! This is a beautiful gift.
Hey Matt, good day 😁! I have heard the two podcasts with Fr Gregory Pine and also enjoyed over 2h of his interview. And I still need more! It is a blessing to have such a shower of wisdom for free. I will get to Patreon today. 👍😌
Hello Matt, I can't tell you how much I enjoy these pints with Aquinas presentation I love the guest that you have. Initially I tend to think that any talk that two or three hours long is just too much and impossible to way through but everytime I listen to one of the Snippets that you post I always want to go back to the full interview. I love the questions you ask as the discussions that you have and I appreciate it so much that you do this. Thank you
Hello Matt! Right, I'm praying that this happens. Can you please have Bishop Greg Homening OCD on your show. I admire you both, you should share a podcast together 👍 God Bless
Please someone help me time-mark where in this video where Matt Fradd talks about desiring the "cold beer" and the desire to fulfill appetites and such. Need to re-listen to that!

Sometimes killing may be necessary, self defence ,saving many others from a killer ect , also stealing to save your children from starvation ,or is that a sin'? there are so many situations where the strraight down inflexibility of the bible doesn't work in real life
Around 134, the conversation centers around heaven and hell reflecting our earthly lives and that we will be somehow marked or have signs of how we lived our earthly lives while in heaven, so how does this work for the souls of those aborted before birth or who die as very young infants when they have had no opportunity to direct their own lives and make choices about it, or put in a more negative way, never had the opportunity to willing accept Jesus. Do they just appear in heaven fully formed as a new being without any prior knowledge of real life or having experienced testing within it, and think, yeah, this is nice !, what's for tea? A genuine question I find puzzling, I'm sure somebody has an answer. Matt or Probably Fr Pine?
This is why I hate philosophical arguments.... never really answers existence. Take Descarte's, Cogito, ergo sum- I think therefore I am... It can be argued for hours, days, years..... Jesus Himself answered this exact question in the gospel of Matthew. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh. 27Finally, the woman died. 28Now then, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?” 29Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. 31But about the resurrection of the dead-have you not read what God said to you, 32‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’ b ? He is not the God of the dead but of the living.” 33When the crowds heard this, they were astonished at his teaching.”

Freedom is to come to the greatest expression of the powers that define you. Not bad, Fr. Pine. Not bad. (45:00)
Matt, you have come a long way as a host. So glad you decided to revert your podcast to simply Pints with Aquinas. And Fr. Pine is a young priest.
He was assigned at my parish church for a couple years and omg he's amazing and totally ridiculous too!
Get it like moderately and the right proportion :) I have a high respect to this priest (both for his wisdom and discipline)
This is the best 2.5 hours on youtube

Matthew 22:23-33
“😅Marriage at the Resurrection
