I just bought a bottle of Jadore, 20 years after I bought my first and only bottle. I absolutely love it. It is timeless and classy and elegant. I don’t usually like sweet perfumes, this definitely is a lot more complex than sweet. On the contrary I found Gabrielle too soapy and common.

I have watched a lot of your videos and D&G Light Blue is mantioned in almost every video for women fragrances. I truly don't know why you like this fragrance so much. This is the most used women fragrance ever, at least where I come from. It's the type of fragrance that becomes boring super fast. This is the number one reason I never wanted to buy it, because every other girl smells the same, like Light Blue. You have excess to so many parfumes, so I think you can give us a lot more summer alternatives instead of this parfume. Thanks!

Yes, one of my favorites! Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme is in my current rotation for cooler weather. In my opinion it smells pretty different from the original AHS. It has a nice sharp, citrusy pepper opening and heavy tonka into the drydown. AHS is more like a fresh citrus creamy opening with mild tonka. Not as a sharp as AHSEE. I like AHS for hotter weather. Both get equal compliments for me, and AHSEE seems to last longer on my skin.

I'm shocked you promote Gabrielle. It has even weaker performance than reformulated La Nuit, it's gone after 30minutes. Gabrielle is destroyed in opinions at fragrantica. Most people hate it. It doesn't even smell like Chanel and is definetly not worth chanel price tag...
Besides, I would take Fragrantica reviews with a LARGE BAG of salt. A few trustworthy guys and gals there, sure, but also a huge troll and wannabe army. You have to wade through many meaningless or missleading opinions there.
GoodBoyMIKE i Was expecting something huge from Gabrielle Chanel, but when it dry downs, There's when the Chanel touch appears. Not so impressed either, at least for me, but way better than Chanel Coco noir. The Lady at the Chanel counter gave me some samples, gave them to my Mom, a fragrance lover and guess what, she liked, loved Gabrielle Chanel (i Was surprised). I think it's cuz it has like a "Classic old Lady" resemblance to other Classic feminines fragrances that she had used in the past. That's all.
Oh God, I can't STAND Gabrielle...they sent a sample of it to my house, and it went into the trash without even trying it. I didn't get a "everyday fresh" vibe (and I'm someone who loves the agressive, green brightness of Cristalle- been wearing it since I was 14 years old), all I got was the typical, fusty stank of the worst of Chanel. I've heard some people say that I should give it a try...that THEY hate it for the 1st 30 mins. & THEN they love it. I say, I have enough fragrances I already love, to not have to suffer through a half hour of nausea.
J'adore is my first perfume and after 7 years. I have so many perfumes but still also I use J'adore. J'adore is symbol of perfume. That's why I keep using it.

I absolutely love Gabrielle by Chanel. Chanel is not a niche fragrance house so I don’t understand why people were expecting a “niche” type of fragrance. Chanel has always appealed to the mass market and for what they intended to achieve they have fully succeeded. The perfume is original and unique in the sense that there is NOTHING that smells like it.. it smells like I’ve walked into a field of greenery and beautiful white flowers on a cold spring morning. And in Chanel’s eyes this must be what captures the essence of “Gabrielle Chanel” as opposed to something dark.. dirty or mysterious. People were expecting way too much from this fragrance but to me it is perfection in what it’s intentions were. As a mainstream Chanel fragrance it HAS to be a crowd pleaser as it has to make them money.. at the same time as being something new.. fresh.. innovative and beautiful. Jeremy don’t ever feel you have to defend your right to love this fragrance. I am an AVID fragrance lover and I truly appreciate Chanel Gabrielle as an amazing and beautiful perfume. So much so that I spent £100 on a bottle.

I don't think anyone can suggest what to wear when everyone's body chemistry is so different. You HAVE to smell a fragrance on yourself 30 minutes later to see how it works with your own chemistry.
On most people, it smells like the wood chips you place in a hamster cage. 😩
I tried it today and it wasn't strong at all. It didnt smell wooden, i felt powder a bit sweet. However disappeared on me after few hours😒😔

Chanel AHS still gets far, far more compliments than Sauvage for me. In fact, Sauvage doesn't get many compliments at all.
Lucas Taylor same with me. Also helps that AHS is pretty much unknown with the younger crowd so it's a new scent to most. It was a new scent to me only 7 months ago lol!

Yes, one of my favorites! Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme is in my current rotation for cooler weather. In my opinion it smells pretty different from the original AHS. It has a nice sharp, citrusy pepper opening and heavy tonka into the drydown. AHS is more like a fresh citrus creamy opening with mild tonka. Not as a sharp as AHSEE. I like AHS for hotter weather. Both get equal compliments for me, and AHSEE seems to last longer on my skin.

I'm shocked you promote Gabrielle. It has even weaker performance than reformulated La Nuit, it's gone after 30minutes. Gabrielle is destroyed in opinions at fragrantica. Most people hate it. It doesn't even smell like Chanel and is definetly not worth chanel price tag...

GoodBoyMIKE i Was expecting something huge from Gabrielle Chanel, but when it dry downs, There's when the Chanel touch appears. Not so impressed either, at least for me, but way better than Chanel Coco noir. The Lady at the Chanel counter gave me some samples, gave them to my Mom, a fragrance lover and guess what, she liked, loved Gabrielle Chanel (i Was surprised). I think it's cuz it has like a "Classic old Lady" resemblance to other Classic feminines fragrances that she had used in the past. That's all.
Fragrantica is full of sheep, gabrielle lasted forever on me and even stunk out the shops around chanel

Oh God, I can't STAND Gabrielle...they sent a sample of it to my house, and it went into the trash without even trying it. I didn't get a "everyday fresh" vibe (and I'm someone who loves the agressive, green brightness of Cristalle- been wearing it since I was 14 years old), all I got was the typical, fusty stank of the worst of Chanel. I've heard some people say that I should give it a try...that THEY hate it for the 1st 30 mins. & THEN they love it. I say, I have enough fragrances I already love, to not have to suffer through a half hour of nausea.

I absolutely love Gabrielle by Chanel. Chanel is not a niche fragrance house so I don’t understand why people were expecting a “niche” type of fragrance. Chanel has always appealed to the mass market and for what they intended to achieve they have fully succeeded. The perfume is original and unique in the sense that there is NOTHING that smells like it.. it smells like I’ve walked into a field of greenery and beautiful white flowers on a cold spring morning. And in Chanel’s eyes this must be what captures the essence of “Gabrielle Chanel” as opposed to something dark.. dirty or mysterious. People were expecting way too much from this fragrance but to me it is perfection in what it’s intentions were. As a mainstream Chanel fragrance it HAS to be a crowd pleaser as it has to make them money.. at the same time as being something new.. fresh.. innovative and beautiful. Jeremy don’t ever feel you have to defend your right to love this fragrance. I am an AVID fragrance lover and I truly appreciate Chanel Gabrielle as an amazing and beautiful perfume. So much so that I spent £100 on a bottle.
I actually got a sample of this scent with my gift for Christmas and to me it was a little too sweet and it def smelled like something I already smelled before, it’s nice but a little too cloying for me

It id just s wow perfume and my husband loved it. He even smelled miss dior and absolute but naah, he loved dior and so did i. I am going to buy it. I recommend everyone to go in store and smell ot. It is so so beautiful perfume.

The reformulation are usually to make it softer (some people like softer) but to make a flanker with "esencia" or "intense". Le male is amazing.
dior j´dore was the first fragrance that i received as a gift and that was from my first boyfriend. when he broke up with me , i threw it away, don´t like the smell anyway. 🙏😁 thanks for your recommendation jeremy 😘
