Love this brother - also what's going on with the gains brother, prioritize the muscles and muscle definition man! Get some gym workouts in to look OCKY again (of course I say this with love), only if you can. Keep up the amazing work Rich, proud of you!

@@RichardYu1 I would say eat more carbs to get bulky, with things that are clean like Qunoa, protein smoothies (with banana), whole wheat bread, and more rice and pasta (whole wheat). Do an intense cardio workout in the morning within an hour of waking up for only 25 minutes to shock the metabolism to ensure you are still burning calories while bulking. Then do 35-45 minutes of lifting (that will burn calories too). Prioritize a decent weight but mainly concentrate on doing a lot of reps (a lot more than you usually do, so Ex: if you do 5 sets of 15, go for 8 sets of 20). Ensure you do this with less breaks in between sets. You should see results in about 2 weeks to a month easy and that is only about 1 hour of working out minimum which is feasible a day. You got this dude!!
