      @@kelsyogi I think crow is everyone's favorite. My shoulder is has slowed me down so I've been neglecting arm balance work.

    Currently dong 4 x 1min crow holds
    My problem is my knees slip and by 40-50 sec my they're at my elbows and Im hanging on for dear life.
    I notice you dont have such issues
    Any tips ?
    BTW I concur, it really is about mental strength Its so easy to almost talk yourself out of this one - for me at least I work very hard to lock up the negativity on this one !

      I think I'm just a good faker lol!! Because I am definitely sliding and holding on for dear life by 1 minute! Leggings help a ton. And practice! Still working it?
